Gorgosaurusrex
Greetings all, I have recently acquired a reasonably sized old school Empire army, and among the collection is about 20 Reiksguard Knights on foot. They are all completely unpainted, and about half are new in blister! Are these rare, and do they have any value? I think they are from 1992. I looked through the newest Empire book to look at their rules but I guess they are no longer a unit. Any idea as to what I can use them as? I'm thinking about converting them into one mean looking Grave Guard unit!
splinx
Hey dude you could definitely get at least $50 for them from collectors. They aren't a unit anymore but are collectible. Chuck them in eBay and I'm sure you will surprised how much you get for them!
Gorgosaurusrex
Oh really? That's good to hear! I was about to chop them up and use them in my VC army. I think selling or trading them off to a collector is what I'll do, thanks!
Sherbert
yeah collectors go ape [big bad swear word] over those old reiksguard knights, especially if they haven't been painted.
Brick Bungalow
I think its cooler to keep them for a personal project. You could use them as champions or mix them into greatswords or swordsman units.
Gorgosaurusrex
They have never been painted, except for the champion with pistol. I may just keep them and use them as Greatswords. The sculpts are pretty cool!
Swan-of-War
Definitely keep them, they're a rare find!
