pretre
Space Wolves Warlord Traits Fresh from the Hall of the Great Wolf, we bring important news about an update to the Warlord Traits found in Codex: Space Wolves… Within the forthcoming Codex: Space Wolves, released on Saturday, there is an error we would like to correct. Bear with us, we’ll explain everything: We sent the codex to the printers, confident that we had done a great job of bringing the Space Wolves into the new edition. However, following some additional playtesting, we realised the Warlord Traits didn’t represent the heroic leaders of the Space Wolves Chapter as well as we wanted. So, we decided to redefine their Warlord Traits with a brand new mechanic – Sagas – which reward you for performing epic deeds with your Warlord. The final version of the rule is fun, thematic and powerful, and we were quick enough to get it into every version of the codex apart from the English language ones…sorry! So, today, we’re making them available for free in a downloadable PDF: These new Warlord Traits are official, and completely replace those found in the English versions of Codex: Space Wolves. Meanwhile, please keep sending us your rules feedback at 40kFAQ@gwplc.com – your feedback has been invaluable in helping us make sure that our codexes and rules are as awesome as they can be. 1

Psilence
It’s going to get awkward when I start yelling at people in Fenrisian as I roll charge dice. 😋

Psilence
That trait, with the cover from a rune priest, is going to make for some pretty tough mid field ‘cores’.
pretre
I think there's really only one bad one there. - SotWB - Great benefit, medium difficulty to get the saga. - SotW - Great benefit, medium diff - SoM - Meh benefit. Crappy hard diff. - SotB - Good benefit. Hard to get. - SotH - Great benefit. Easy diff. The only bad part if you can't get the benefit before first turn charges start. - SotB - Good Benefit. Laughably easy diff. 🙂
