Brother Glacius
The above pic is proof that Mr. Bigglesworth is a smurf.
Last_Bullet
We started playing Relic Knight up here in Everett. So far the minis look awesome, the game play is fun and its a local company! All win in my book and with a $50 entry my gaming group has all bought starter boxes.
Guest Mr. Bigglesworth
Lol. Don't be jealous of my blue toes. Glad to hear its getting some love. I really like the ease of rules but depth of game play. Plus I planned keeping only 2 factions but after looking at models man I can decide. I will let fluff govern it for me. I hope this game gets going like malifaux.
Jay
Let me noh, when you have decided what to part with. :)
Guest Mr. Bigglesworth
Will do you going to be at ofcc? I plan to bring my left overs there.
Jay
I will Cer-ci you there.
Guest Mr. Bigglesworth
Little ways through the fluff and already looking like black diamond will not be keepers Now to figure out the next two for the chopping block. As for keepers cerci and knights for sure.
Jay
If you are going to play prismatics then doctrine would be a good keeper with cerci and the ssp.
Guest Mr. Bigglesworth
Was thinking that way. Corsairs I am not overly fond of pirates. Noh is a wild card, might go Noh instead of doctrine just not sold yet. Love the models so far. Just need to finish 40k and malifaux for ofcc before working on these guys. Murphy'sLawyer
So I won a Relic Knights starter tonight at OFCC and honestly still don't know much about it. Has anyone played it yet? Are the Shattered Swords good?
PumpkinHead
I just won a Relic Knight at OFCC as well. What are peoples thoughts on the game?
Guest Mr. Bigglesworth
Game play is great simple and very fast for a skirmish. Though depth is mildly limited reminds me of a board game with hobby needs. I dig it.
dashneeb
My only issue is how they use cards for combat. Mostly because the void cards are just ridiculous, and feel worse than rolling a 1.
dashneeb
Otherwise the game was fun, and fast paced. Pretty good overall.

I have my box on the self and am thinking I may keep it for when my son gets a little older. Looks like a good teaching game for table top gaming. Otherwise I don't know if anyone is actively playing.
dashneeb
I don't know if people are actively playing, but I think overall it can be a deeper game than people are going to give it credit. I think that if I had a better understanding of the rules and how the game operates I would have enjoyed it more.
