PourSpelur
Buildings count as vehicles for most rulings so I don't see why not. That said, I'd double check both the tech marine and building rules before quoting me.
Guest
Can a techpriest/marine repair a building? Pretty sure they can with regard to HP. Definitely can't remove the immobilized aspect. Unclear if they can repair emplaced weapons, but I'd lean towards them not being repairable under the current rules. I don't think they can repair any of the other damage effects from the building damage table.
AbusePuppy
Vehicles do not suffer Immobilized or Weapon Destroyed results (since they have a different damage table than vehicles) and thus these results cannot be repaired. Armor Value lost to damage results (and other effects of the table) likewise cannot be repaired either, as the repair rules make no mention of any of them. However, they are able to restore lost HP. PourSpelur
Definitely can't remove the immobilized aspect. In the grimdark future, there is no Amazon Prime...
Treads-n-Wings
THIS! I'm sure there's a techmarine in there somewhere... Is that a model, or a skillful Photoshop job? Really hope it's a model. That would be sweet.
