The final regular season game, or play-off game for those involved, is the cap for calculating re-drafting funds. Friendlies do count, but only those played during a league season. If you redraft soon, you can start playing friendlies right after.

Welcome, @Mad_Modd! We have rookie Blood Bowl playing opportunities coming up soon. I'm planning on making a large announcement about our fall and early winter Ordo Blood Bowl League (OBBL) plans shortly. In the mean time, feel free to visit http://www.OrdoBowl.com and create an account with the same user name, Mad_Modd. Once your account is approved, you can make a team and play friendlies until the new season, set to start in mid-January. The OBBL typically runs two league seasons a year, one in the first half and one in the second half. We currently feature two divisions, though I expect a third for the next league season. The goal for the third league is to accommodate newer players, and players with inconsistent schedules. This will be the Ordo Blood Bowl Developmental League (OBBDL), and will likely run on Guardian Games on Thursdays. In the mean time, this fall and early winter will feature several OBBL Play Days at the Ordo Clubhouse where coaches can play friendlies and develop their teams. Also, a (hopefully) large multi-week OBBL tournament will be posted soon. Please post your questions here for me, and for our commissioner, @savion47.

Congratulations are due to Gnarghull Gnash and Boredom, who have both clinched a playoff spot in the 2017 OBBL Premiership season two!. With two games remaining, the Gnash cannot be knocked out of the playoffs, sitting on sixteen league point...great job, @jollyork! Boredom (my gawd, what a [big bad swear word]ty name) is in a similar boat, with one game remaining they are safely sitting atop the Orcidas division. The Zharr'Thrak Seahawks can reach them potentially, but Boredom has the tie-breaker for division winner. Playoff tie-breakers are head-to-head record, followed by in-division winning percentage, as they do in the NFL.

@peter.cosgrove rounds seven and eight are supposed to be done by 9/11/17, but it's clear they won't be. Several of us are running behind and may not be done on time. I play Travis on Tuesday 9/3/2017 at Guardian Games at 5pm. With the expected temps being what they are on Tuesday, several of us are assuming the clubhouse will be closed.

Your new Ordo Blood Bowl League Second Division champion is @Osprey and his Chaos Chosen, the WWF Hall of Maim! Congratulations is deserved for @Sgt. Rock, who's humans gave the champion a hard fought game. Both coaches will be playing in the OBBL Premiership next season, as the WWF Hall of Maim is promoted for winning, and the Mad Dogs have been approved for voluntary promotion.

Spike is over, and the huge news is that our very own @Burk placed second out of 48 coaches! With Goblins, no less! Burk had four wins and two draws, going undefeated...amazing achievement!

The 2017 season two Super League playoffs are set! @Osprey's Chaos Chosen are in first position, and will play against @MidoriMan's Orcs, Grim Dregga Purple. The Chaos of WWF Hall of Maim are brawlers, and will attempt to dominate their Orc opponent. In the two vs three matchup we have @sfoster's Skaven, The Dirty Rat Bastards facing @Sgt. Rock's Humans, The Mad Dogs of Middenheim. The first time these two met, the Mad Dogs won...can the Skaven even the score and make it to the final? Time will tell! The Super League playoffs will happen Thursday 8/24 at Guardian Games. The championship will be held the following week. It's at that time we will crown the OBBL Second Division champion!

After much discussion, the Super League regular season has been cut to six games, and is over immediately. A four team playoff is being determined now, with round one to be played Thursday 8/24 at Guardian Games. The championship game will be held the week following if schedules allow.

Uh, how so? If you don't like the opponents you can blame Baret, who randomized which team applied to which team number. Team numbers were created by a website called Schedule Lobster.
