I can't imagine ET has been successful considering what these rumors imply. This is kind of a desperation move. It also reeks of using consultants to tell them how to run the company.

I just don't understand. I guess they figure there are barely any fantasy players as it stands, so blowing it up won't hurt too much? Maybe this was an idea that the new CEO will scrap?

I am interested in this as well. I have the need for some crates and things. Would this type of thing work for small crates and ground items?

Imperial Assault was fun. Still learning the rules and hit some snags, but overall a good night. Thanks generalripphook. Always rough trying to figure out if you are doing the rules right. Keisha thought that it might have felt a little better with four separate heros than using the legendary rules.

Good deal. Plays 2-5, so we will have at least 3 to start. Just read the tutorial rules online, should work out well.

I picked up imperial assault today with my xmas gift cards. Looks like a great game in place of a standard rpg battle. I am going all in on armada. Will trade 40k for armada lol.

Holy hell the robotech models are a pain in the ass. My setup is not ideal for it at home so it's slow going. I highly suggest you pin or magnetize the bases as they are [big bad swear word].

Hm is it the models or the setting? I am a sucker for transforming mechs and 80's style fighter jets.

So I just got an early Xmas present in the mail and at the shop. I got my wave 1 of the Reaper CAV kickstarter in. Then I picked up the Robotech RPG Tactics starter. Needless to say I am overwhelmed with mechs lol. Oh and there was one more Robotech box at DT when I picked mine up yesterday. So just curious if anyone else has had the Mech itch lately? It will take me a week or two to get the Robotech together, but the CAV models are ready to go for CAV/ Battletech or whatever. Pics of the CAV models put together, dry as I have to heat mold a few arms. Robotech box:
