Lol me too. I have played a few games with the boys but that was very basic and they got dis-interested quick.

Is there a planned time for this to start?

I can say that the dakka fex's ruined my orks day. That is a god aweful amount of shots to try and deal with. It didn't help that my ordinance completely failed me lol.

I would would say the last saturday for me, which is actually march 1st. First few weeks are pretty full already and the third saturday being already reserved usually for 40k.

I really like the look of these. Plus they are just across the way in BC so I might not have to pay cross country shipping lol.

Looks like they are super close to adding in their stretch goal to include Sci Fi models as well.

I had posted this on the Fantasy side, but it just became relevant on this side. At the 150k stretch goal they will be adding options to do Sci Fi model ranges. It's not like Gw's take on the deamons are really that original either though. Everyone steals ideas. Even Tolkein stole ideas for the lord of the rings from an opera that was stolen from myth. The real key is it's their interpretation. You are right though, he probably wouldn't sell original ideas. He can use these to start his company and then move into it.

Hello all. I just wanted to see if there is any interest in running a regular game night for board games. Right now the best night for me and Keisha is Friday nights. Would anyone else be interested in coming down to play between 5ish and 9ish? From what I hear, the backroom is rather empty on Friday nights, though the front of the store is pretty full with Friday Night Magic. We will be down this Friday starting at about 5 to start playing games. Anyone is welcome, I am going to reach out to the bellingham board game groups as well. I will also talk to the store about posting it on Facebook. I would like it to be a regular thing, even if it's only a few nights a month.

First off, not sure if this is ok to post here, so feel free to dispose or move if necessary mods. I believe it is relevant as you will be able to make a custom figure for your general and such. 3d printed custom models with a model designer. The pricing is a bit steep at $20-30 for one, but I think this could easily go down as they get the costs inline. I backed it for one as I love the idea and want to see it come to fruition. This really takes my already low faith in the company to an all time low. The only way I can see them salvaging themselves is to go private or get someone with balls to push something back.

So my first try came out pretty dread like again. I like it thought as it's goofy and doesn't look like it should work, so very orky. Anyone else get in on this kickstarter? I just got my box yesterday. It looks like a fun board game style for sure. I will bring it down on Tuesday to play a game with the wife or anyone else that is interested. Yeah I am buried in new games and kickstarters lol. Still haven't gotten another deadzone game in. Maybe once it's retail available in feb.

I have been overwhelmed with post xmas games that I have not gotten another game in. Nobody else up here got the kickstarter so I don't expect it to pickup until feb.

So the real question is, how much are the new 'versions' going to cost? My guess is the weekly ones will be $2.99 and the monthly one will be $5.99. Gw adding 'value' and money in the same swath.
