I looked into it a bit, and apparently this isn't really Necromunda as I remember it - it's something new. Out of the box it's a board game, with optional rules to expand it to a tabletop game. Funnily enough, Shadowar Armaggedon is basically old Necromunda rules (including terrain) but with generic 40k forces and not gangs. So maybe they shot themselves in the foot with an actual Necromunda ReRelease, and had to make something different since they already cannibalized the rules for SWA. Anyway, who knows, maybe it's a better game!

I am not pleased that 3d terrain is an extra rules set costing $30... BOO.

Boy: 8/10 Really touching, funny, coming of age story about a young boy in New Zealand and his deadbeat dad. Really worked for me having grown up in the country without a lot of adult supervision, and having an absent father. Also by the director of Ragnorok! Swiss Army Man: 9/10 I can't explain why I love this movie so much. It's one of the strangest films I have ever, ever seen. It manages to be simultaneously incredibly stupid and really touching. I think it might be a work of genius. Or maybe it's garbage. I can't tell, but I love it.

Had such a blast. Thanks, Joey for the game, and Sherbert for organizing! My Lazr Gladiatorz were victorious vs. Joeys savage and tough warband - so everyone must listen to our theme music!

Sherbert and I played a game last night, and it was really smooth and fun. Nice streamlining of the rules. I can't wait to play more. Already laid out my cars and am going to be running the chop shop all hours to get ready to rumble!
