Does the special for the Demi Company count the extra units that can be added (dreadnaughts and command squad) or just the required units?

Why the low points value for late war? Is it to try and prevent some of the silliness?

Alright so 1850 Imperial Guard with a double cad. Here we go. HQ Commissar Lord, Power fist Priest Priest Priest Troops Infantry platoon 3 Infantry squads, Power axe and melta bombs Platoon command squad with nothing 20 Conscripts Infantry platoon 3 Infantry squads, Power axe and melta bombs Platoon command squad with nothing Infantry platoon 3 Infantry squads, Power axe and melta bombs Platoon command squad with nothing HQ Commissar Lord, Power fist Priest Priest Priest Troops Infantry platoon 3 Infantry squads, Power axe and melta bombs Platoon command squad with nothing Infantry platoon 3 Infantry squads, Power axe and melta bombs Platoon command squad with nothing Infantry platoon 3 Infantry squads, Power axe and melta bombs Platoon command squad with nothing So that is 238 bodies on the table almost all of which are fearless with the priests. The conscripts provide first turn cover by standing in the front and as long as one of the commissars is near by they are LD 10. Its not power house list. Just really hard to grind that many fearless bodies. Other then running out of time every game do you think it would work?

I don't actually have the book for the army I was just using Easy Army to build the list. It says I only need two combat platoons and the 3rd is optional. But like I said I don't have the book so easy army could be wrong. The Germans where using a bunch of PAK40s and one squad of really big guns with like 1+ firepower or something.

I do love Churchills. But I play against some one who uses very big German guns. I don't know how long they would last.

So I have played about 4 games now and have almost everything needed to play the list I have made up. It is currently at 1725 points. I was going for 1750 so I have a few points left over maybe for some extra MGs or something.
