    I propose that skill draft happens in reverse order, bottom to top. This helps teams doing worse. Incentive for winning is to make playoffs.

    A bit more progress. My first 7 players (in the back) need details and numbering. Next 5 players are ready for wash treatment. The next 5 need some gold and cleanup before being ready for wash.

    On the ball will definitely help the dorfs. Also, its combination of Kickoff Return and Pass Block, so extra movement in case you pesky throwers Pass (like that will ever happen)
