I'm planning to come tonight. Do a little hobby and then either Warcry or try out Blood Bowl Sevens.

Dwarves now have first team color on and bases painted. Next step will be flock for the bases and a wash for the dudes.

My June goal is to paint my Dwarf Blood Bowl team. Primer is on, skin is done. Will update with photos next time.

I'll leave my comments about disliking the way fans work now for another time. Here is what I am thinking to play. The Brothers Stout - Dwarf 1 Troll Slayer (95) 1 Blitzer (80) 1 Runner (85) 4 Blockers (280) +3 Dedicated Fans (60) Total= 600 or maybe this 2 Troll Slayers (190) 1 Blitzer (80) 1 Runner (85) 3 Blockers (210) +1 Dedicated Fan (20) Total = 585 Leaning towards the second one because I shouldn't be losing dwarves often. Though with this rule that they might leave the team I am worried about that.

So who all is in so far? What teams are you all thinking? I know dwarves aren't great at sevens give the lack of mid line but I just got some great dwarf models from Greebo that I want to use them. Also have a necro team that I've been itching to finish.

Is the deathzone book available to read at WoW? I think I'll be in. Hopefully motivation to get painting my team(s). Idea for a theme, Local Legend: A couple of well known players who came from the area stop by for some fun. Gain a cool player of your race? Or actual star player? I dunno just an idea.

@Burk I played my game against the AI. My only successful game all season 😞

I really like this idea because I prefer Bolt Action games but FoW minis are much more cost and space effective. I already own several BA armies, if I were to do it over I'd get FoW models instead.

I'm a maybe. Not a huge fan of the old sevens rules and haven't read the new official version yet. Count me in for something casual, willing to hear more about it.

Remind me next time that Elves are not my team. Any elf, don't care, not me. I can try but they ultimately crumble, every single time. Here have an injury, here roll a 1 on the first roll of your turn, just need to do that one thing here have an injury.
