I don't recommend hiring another person, nor do I think you should be selling casts of other people's stuff. For very general casting, you need an object to cast, something that will retain the shape of the object once you remove it, and then something to fill in the space that was occupied by the object and retain the new shape. Lots and lots of methods out there, depends on materials involved and the level of detail you want retained between the original and the copy.
