I don't have everything yet but I got the starter box and the new remotes. I have more Morat on the way plus some other aliens. Can't wait to get them assembled and painted! Watch out! Models can only use order from their pool unless a command token is used to shift a model from one unit to the other. Generally, you want to give your specialists and kill models orders to draw from lesser models (i.e. cheerleaders). Don't Panic Posted November 25, 2015 Report Share Posted November 25, 2015 you do have 3 more points and it looks like you can upgrade that last morat to either a paramedic or FO. you generally would like to have a model for every specialist type but its not completely necessary. just some scenerios favor certain specialists over others with WIP roll variances. also classified objectives you could get unlucky with your draw. maybe pick up an engineer down the road or something. kurgat's look like a lot of fun. an engineer with an autocannon is scary! 2 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

indytims Posted November 25, 2015 Report Share Posted November 25, 2015 I like DP's suggestion - try one model of each specialist type, get a few games in, then decide if you want more of one or another. I haven't seen anyone in my group use more than one hacker at a time, but that doesn't mean it wouldn't work. :) My only army so far doesn't really work well with hackers, so I couldn't say for sure. ;) The list looks very similar to my 'starter' CA list. Morats, Drones, Raktorak, Kornak, plus the Oznat and 4 hungries... A great learner list, in my opinion. :) If you haven't actually played Infinity yet, I still recommend finding someone to play a couple smaller 'intro' games, around 120-150 points first. I have been assembling GW Heroic scale for so long that I forgot what it was like to work with a real scale. Arms and guns are sooo small! They go together so well that some pieces stick without glue and the mold lines are near non-existent. The detail is out standing and I can't wait to paint them. If I make my own what should I put on them? I'm not interested in doing the normal sand/rock like my fantasy figs.
