The decievr trick is too prone to rolling crappy on the number of units. I do LOVE the deceiver though. Boy was he fun in 5th.

I do run a list like that. 2 Monoliths, 1 Obelisk, Doomsday Ark, 3 Crypteks, 19 immortals, 8 deathmarks, and an Anihilation Barge.

My friend Owen played his FIRST FULL GAME of Warhammer 40,000, and he used this army to do it. He went up against the forces of the Deathguard and their Fire Raptor attachment. The game was brief. Owen essentially forced his opponent to capitulate in round 3. The Mortar tank, Typhus and some Plaguey Terminators were the only thing left to fight and there was far too much territory to cover for them to impact the game at that point. Owen had spread out and pushed the field enough that Typhus had limited options for coming in and they were all pretty much bad. So 3 cheers for Owen!
