I'll play some flames of war, I need some early war games

Well in most campains players dont ever think to run away or there is always someone who is a gung ho fighter/has a martial honor code/super reckless, so reallyif they sre only down 10% those people either A) wont run and would go down dying B) have to be knocked out (which a party once did to a samurai) C) have extreme cercumstances. Also what i might do is seperate the party. For example start off by saying, we will start with player A.... Your chest heaves as you run, your sword slippery in your hand from a mixture of your own blood, sweat and some vile green liquid (maybe the oil that runs a machine or some enemy), you blindly round a corner and dash headlong into something. Make a strength check. If they succed they bowl over another player and are grappled and has to make a will save against fear to not make a base attack against the other player and you have two players working together to find others. If he fails he falls to the ground.

It will probably end 4:30-5

How many points and which era should i bring for flames of war around 4-4:30?

Well i would ake sure they all bring two copies of their character sheets. One so they can play flash backs with what their. Haracter previosuly had. One that you modify for the reduced hit points and ammo. To support the running idea i would take more than 10% of their health. Leave them with 10-20% of their health. As for flashbacks you should make them roll a will save, if they fail they succomb to fatigue and let memories over take them.

I have some, but i am up in bellingham.....which prpbably wont be any help.

I also felt like i was a little off too, i failed to role play enough.

It wasnt quite as bad as responding with the word glare when asked what my inititive was.

I would also advise that if you do get a gun for your house that you get a gun safe. A gun can be a detergent and be protection but is also a very valuable item to steal too.

Having wacky scenarios makes the game more random on one hand, which can make it unbalanced if you involve too much luck of the dice but can allow for each game to be different, which IMO what they are trying to do with all the random things in 6th edition, so that each game isnt exactly the same. On the other hand wacky scenareos and lots of rolls slow the game down, make it harder to learn and make it harder to rely on unit y to do x duty in a battle. Makes it harder to write a list that can effectivly do a variety of missions if each mission is so different.

I can say with some confidence that its not high schoolers, most of the ones that live in sudden valley are really nice kids. Also i think it is right after the holiday season which always acompanies high crime burgarlrys and stealing related crimes.

I would try and make him more fleshy, maybe take off the back of the dread to make it look like its something the warboss can get in and out off. So use bent metal to make it look like he ripped a hole in the back and has ripped out the marine and is now inside. You could even chop off a dread leg and have it connecting to the guy inside.

I know of car prowling in sudden valley and personally found a bunch of stuff someone had stolen and dumped by beaver creek. These were probably car prowlers that turned burglars when they found your garage clicker.
