The new base sizes have been discussed on the old world developer blog. There are 3d printable tray to take 20mm to 25mm and 25mm to 30mm. Same for new cav bases. Each unit entry in the army list tell you the base size for the unit.

Unlikely there seems to be a beef between the two groups the one that runs AoS and the one that is doing old world. Yes I know its all GW, but 2 different divisions in thew company. Only time will tell.

Busted out all my old armies. For re-basing for the painted armies I am going with the tray adapters off 3d cults for my solution. Unfinished armies will get new 3d printed resin scenic basing options. Can't wait to see you guys out there playing again.

GW they will not allow them in their stores and events. But Legacy armies will get PDF and will be very playable as they have been play tested. I think this is mostly a internal thing with GW's 2 studios and branding maybe? I think most tournaments will allow PDF armies in the events, time will tell. Whatever the reason I welcome people to play their Legacy armies and 3d print armies to play. If you want to buy GW only stuff that's cool too, I just hope people understand we love rank and file games and Warhammer Fantasy Battle was big part of the fun.

Do the open items comes with the stuff they orginally came with? i.e. movement dials and ship cards and upgrade cards?

I was able to pick a lot of the books from Bridgetowns going out of business sale. What a great system I really like it.

It's been awhile but I finished the flesh tones. Hopefully I can keep a steady pace.

I really like the feel of this book. I think this book and Beastmen could have some great battles.

I have not painted much but I did with the help of my tax return get another Darklands model for my Cygor.

Got my paint area set up and started in on the big guy.

War store has good deals on these models I'll be getting more for sure.
