alternate model for Genestealers?

So I have a GS cult army and I have a few GS models already, but I really don't like using them. Freaky arms are poking out in every direction and are a major pain in the ass to move into assault. So any ideas on what other models might work for them and still fit in with GSC army?

Are you opposed to conversions? I've been finding that drilling holes for and installing a second set of arms into most fleshy things makes them fit my Chaos Spawn/Tyranid army. I'm not planning to field any genestealers, but I'd imagine that most fleshy humanoid models would look the part with a second set of limbs.
