Necromunda Dark Uprising Split (I want the terrain)

We don't even have a price on this yet (except the leaked/rumored $290.00).  I would like to get the terrain and am considering buying up to 2 boxes.  I am hoping the rumored price is incorrect haha.

Anyway...is anyone interested in the other components?

1) enforcers

2) grinder cult

3) rulebooks and other accessories.

I don't have any solid price points in mind even at $290 starting especially when parting out small stuff like dice and cards separately, but I am opening myself to discussion and will see what comes of it.  

Reply for interest.  PM for more pricing discussion.  I'm open to a crazy 5+ person split if it just works out that way.  I'm willing to handle price research and ordering/initial purchase myself.  Physical trade off of goods could be at OF, but would not necessarily need to be there or a game night.

I’m tentatively interested in the Enforcers and rulebook. I’ve been intrigued by Necromunda ever since it came back, but the only factions I ever really enjoyed “back in the day” were the Arbites or the Spyrers... and I don’t think the Spyrers are ever coming back.

I'd be interested in a set of the printed materials. Book, cards, tokens etc. I'm gonna buy my own box but I like having two copies of the materials for speed of learning and identical sets of cards (enforcer v enforcer anyone?)

If everything goes through, that looks like from 2 boxes, - 2 books claimed, 1 enforcers (full) claimed, and 1 set of the other printed stuff.

Remaining:

1 enforcers (models only), 1 cult (full) and 1 cult (models only) and maybe 1 tokens are left.  

That's not too bad.  Pending price discussions I'm open to this (my goal is to be truly fair, not take advantage nor be taken advantage of, but certainly no premium applied for me doing the ordering or delivery or anything else silly)

I hope that I can get some interest the remaining 3-4 components.  I will state my intent in case noone wants them and this additional offer is of interest. 

If noone wants the other 3 teams, since they are miniatures, I will probably assemble and paint them or otherwise offer a commissioned ebay paint job.  I'm not what would be termed a pro painter or any kind of art competitor, but there does exist a market for table top through uh "parade plus".  The main goal would be to move the models, and get some experience/enjoyment assembling and painting them.  On Ebay...Market rules and let the auction decide, but for OF members, I would be willing to paint for something below minimum wage.  If this is of interest we can discuss further.

So I just noticed that unlike underworlds/warcry, cards are not part of the gangs...rules are just in the well rulebook.  I am starting a spreadsheet with similar gw product prices as a guide to retail value of components.  After that I will see how much savings seems to be and try to apply that equally across the pieces.  It is a bit of guesswork but im leaning towards terrain and mat (which i dont necessarily need) being roughly half of the value with the remaining half being split 30/30/40 of gang1/gang2/rules and cards.  No numbers attached yet to that but it seems like a starting point to me in percentages.  Will work on more nuanced percentages tomorrow.

Here's what we have so far.  None of the purchases are set in stone, especially ninefingers claim on "extras" which I interpreted to mean cards, tokens, and dice from 1 set.  I will update if this is incorrect or just means "I will buy anything left over".  None of this includes my vague offer to assemble and/or paint, but just PM if interested.

It looks like there's enough prospective interest that I will buy 2 sets tomorrow.  I will check miniature market, frontline gaming, chaosorc, amazon, and ebay buy it now just to see if there are any differences in price/shipping/etc.  If anyone has another source, I am willing to give it a quick look.  

I haven't done an online pre-order in a while except GW direct only, so I'm not sure when stuff tends to arrive.  I assume a few days after the in-store release.  Whenever the stuff does arrive, I will update here and PM.  

3 sets would be really pushing it, BUT if someone says Hey I want everything/almost everything except the terrain, I will buy a third.  Doesn't necessarily have to be tomorrow.

TLDR BOLDED

I placed the order for 2 sets at 15% off, free shipping.  I went with an ebay seller in Florida because he listed the estimated latest delivery as Nov 16th which is the day it will be available in GW retail.  I assume this means he expects receipt of the items way before Saturday the 16th.  If this is true, I can potentially deliver the goods to OFCC at the Sunday game night or before.

There are sellers offering around $20 under the 15% off from the UK...delivery will not be until potentially late November.  I didn't think this was worth it all things considered as the individual parts are going down in cost so little, and I wanted as much confidence as possible that I can split this stuff sooner rather than later.  In country returns/exchanges also will be much easier.  I mention because some have expressed interest in getting their own sets and you may want to go this route (my past orders from the UK ebay have never had problems).

I will post updates as I know what is going on.  The initial monetary risk is all on me, but refunds shouldn't be an issue through ebay.  Of course, if there are any issues, I may not be able to give you guys the stuff until they are resolved.

There are actually no "cult" cards in the box.  There are generic blank cards which I priced at 6.35 post discount.  There's 1 set available, but you could discuss with @Witstealer about splitting it.  GW may release faction specific stuff later, but according to leaks won't be until after December.

It is more cards than a single gang probably needs, but YMMV as they are blank and meant for you to fill in with your custom info.

Updated for what I think is happening so far.  Ninefinger basically wants whatever is left over, but will also let anything go to another interested party.  Again, none of this is locked in (not even sure how I would do that if I wanted to).  Don't freak out if I got something wrong.  Feel free to discuss amongst yourselves to negotiate further splits/trades. 

The main thing still available is an enforcer gang which ninefinger has offered to take if noone wants, so no pressure either way.  Get it if you want to jump into the game.

Oh...if you really wanted something, and it is gone...just message me and we will see what can be done.

Latest version.  There's enough interest in a third set, that it may happen by the end of November (if interest holds up until then and the first 2 sets go smoothly).  As I said in PM, I want to get some money back on these 2 before going so deep into the hole and then everyone remembers they have a mortgage/holidays/birthdays/rent/tuition/etc.  It looks like this Sunday delivery can really happen as the ebayer is now guaranteeing Saturday delivery if I order within the next 3 hours...(it was already ordered before).

Necromunda Dark Uprising has arrived.  I am sorting and bagging the stuff now and will bring it on Tuesday (tomorrow).  Limited change available for cash.  Venmo and Paypal available.

If anything has changed from the chart below, please let me know.  I haven't changed anything on it except editing Ninefinger's "whatever is left" column, and he doesn't need to respond.

I have considered the thing plastic sheet battle mat (not very impressive GW) and the templates to be "tokens". 

VonWilkee and Jay are getting a full card pack each.  

If you would like to meet at a different time and place, including even today Monday, near Hollywood Theatre, please let me know.  I will stop by OF, Tuesday and Sunday this week as needed, but may not attend Sunday if no game or pick up is scheduled.

Thanks again guys.  Oh, a quick aside, nothing seems damaged except the "posters" and a few terrain pieces came off the sprues.  If someone wants a poster with a hole in it or bent...I'm planning to recycle them but will bring if desired (no cost).  That might sound silly, but maybe you want to roleplay that the poster is in the underhive and plan to weather it even more...

Bases...

All of the bases came in one zipped bag off sprue.  

I used the GW webstore to count the Cultists bases and the printed instructions to count the Enforcers bases.  Why?  Using just the printed instructions or just the webstore for both gangs leaves bases behind.  This was the only way to use all of the bases in the box.  It is probably correct, but I note the absurd situation and apologize if this resulted in a mistake.

It's not unusually for GW to include more bases than there are models in a box. The standard infantry rounds are manufactured four bases to a sprue, so if the box set contains models that are a multiple of five, you'll usually end up with one or two extra. Which is better than one or two short... although that will happen every now and again too. In all my years of gaming, I've never had any problems phoning up GW Customer Service -- 1-800-394-GAME, yes I have it memorized -- to request some extra bases when they've been missing from a box. They usually show up in the mail within a week.

In this case, the printed instructions show 6 larger base cultists and 4 smaller base cultists.  GW site shows 9 larger and 6 smaller.

Printed instructions show 9 larger enforcers and 10 smaller ones.  GW site 6 large, 5 smaller.  

I may be misremembering the exact counts, but following only the printed or the site will end up with 5+ extra bases with either the cult or the enforcers with "obviously" fewer.  

The GW site for enforcers suggests that the group photo isn't of the full included gang as there are additional pictures of 3 guys standing together, but as someone unfamiliar with the kits and just trying to fit bases to models without assembly, it was confusing.  Because I can have everything allocated using the hybrid count AND both boxes came with the exact same number of bases, I am inclined to believe this is correct.
