Heck VC pdf is out, have a look maybe your not feeling it or you are after looking at the list. I would not put to much in the Legacy army thing unless you play in GW store or events. Next few days should give us a feel what non GW event will allow. As of right now it seems like all is welcome in the events planned next month in Britain. Time will tell. It only shows the current month despite me trying to advance it and the search bar doesn't find anything. If there is somewhere else to find that stuff, please let me know.
