Saw him used by one player very compeditively in 5th. He ran slaanesh and would use skarbrand for the rerolls on daemonettes and fiends. Side note, isn't skarbrand technically an Undivided Daemon, as I recall his fluff being something along the lines of an exiled bloodthirster.
