Duckman
My wife has been trying to cut gluten out of her diet and as we roll into the fall she's confronted with the problem that beer cheese soup becomes difficult. Can anyone recommend a good gluten free beer that can be used in cooking? I'd be shopping in the NE Bellevue area.
WestRider
I emailed a friend whose dad has celiac. He should have some suggestions when I hear back.
WestRider
Everything from Ghost Fish is supposed to be good. Coors Peak is the only national brand he's willing to recommend.

WestRider
I don't recall, but I don't think he was a fan.
PourSpelur
My lady likes the Omission brand. I thought it tasted like mediocre beer, probably just about perfect for cooking.
Romans832
Ghost Fish is the first thing that came to mind
