Ten Imperial Fists Intercessors with Bolt Rifles, 1 CP for Indomitus Crusaders Specialist Detachment, 1 CP for Veteran Intercessors, 1 CP for Rapid Fire Stratagem, 1 CP for Bolter Drill...

24.444 Hits on average. 😁

Yup. If you are smart you have the +AP warlord trait nearby

That’d be Storm of Fire, probably on a Captain giving them +1 to Hit already. And let’s not forget to have a Lieutenant (+1 to Wound) nearby.

Dear God-Emperor. I’ll be able to alpha strike with rank and file infantry.

Ten Intercessors so buffed will cause 8.95 dead MEQ. Hoorah.

Box mag, no scope: Auto Bolt Rifle;

Straight mag, big scope: Stalker Bolt Rifle;

Sickle mag, small scope: Bolt Rifle.

I have been modifying my Stalker Bolt Rifles (using the fore-end, barrel, and suppressor from the Scout’s Sniper Rifles) to make them standout more.

Meh, I won't see the difference. Bolter are Bolters. If you say X is Y I will believe you as long as it stays consistent

Well, I was *slightly* on the fence about whether to assemble my Land Raider as a Crusader or Redeemer... I guess that answers it. I'm not sure this will go any significant distance to fixing the problems Marines seem to have right now, but it's something, at least.

Magnetize or even just push fit rather than glueing the weapons on the LRC/LRR.

Will they stay on with push fitting? I'm super lazy when it comes to model building, to the point where I'll spend the extra money to buy a kit twice (and the effort of assembling it, paradoxically enough) rather than bugger around with magnetizing.

Yeah, check it out when you're assembling. The LRC/LRR is pretty good with push fit.

Well alright then. Now if I can only figure out how to fix my other cockup when I assembled it... when I glued the top of the hull onto the lower assembly, I forgot to put the headlight bits *inside* of the top deck, so now I have a half-assembled Land Raider because I realized my mistake and rage quit on the assembly.

I did that on my stormwolf with the missile bits on top of the hull. Ended up using tack and the bit with glue on the back and kind of pushing it in that way. You might have to shave some bits to get it to fit from the outside.

Also, it occurs to me that the auto bolt rifle isn't nearly as obsolete as it first appears... while you lose the AP and a bit of longer range, in addition to that 1d6 advance move, the auto bolt rifles still allow you to charge. Intercessors aren't a melee unit, particularly, but theoretically they should be able to make a mess of Tau or Guard in melee. Whether that's worth an extra 1 point per model is open to debate, but it's there, at least.

Stowed rolls of camouflage netting. They fix everything!

On the intercessor Auto bolt rifles vs regular rifles bit, the beta rule only grants them extra shots if they don't move. It doesn't affect their present number of shots if they move. And they still can't shoot while advancing.

So if the need of Intercessors is in taking distant objectives, the Autobolt rifle remains the compeditive option.

Honestly, I think the beta rule is more impressive for the non-Primaris troops (because they are cheaper), as well as the mentioned terminators, centurions, and vehicles.
