I'm working on designing laser cut mdf box organizers, which will be available from Dan at minercreations.com once they're ready. Here's my current WIP, I've got some changes in the works for more efficient use of the space. Also an mdf gear grid for holding your character's items during play.

What are you taking to Breaching the Faux? What have you got left to paint? I'm thinking I might run Arcanists for Breaching the Faux this year; Fire and Ice. Got a fair bit of work left, but not as much as other factions. The tournament tray I designed and had Dan cut on his fancy laser cutter: models on top with a drawer for tokens, cards, pens, whatevs. The tray fits in the Malifaux bag, replacing one foam tray.

Yep, keeping in mind only Outcast upgrades can be taken (other than Wrath's personal upgrade which is an exception). You should base him the same as your other finished models, but otherwise he's then good to go. Yes you can. Note for Breaching the Faux we're a little more relaxed on the subject of proxies compared to Wyrd's official rules; any suitable model (should look appropriate for what its representing) can be used, with the exception that a Malifaux model can't proxy for another malifaux model. If in doubt whether a model is appropriate, always best to show it to the T.O. before the event.

Not missing anything! Pride is an Outcast model, so you can hire him for his base cost of 8 (other factions would have to pay 9 to hire him as a Mercenary). You can hire any of the other Crossroads 7 models as Mercenaries for 1ss more each (limit of 2 Mercenaries per crew). In a 50ss or higher game, Wrath can be hired as the crew's Leader as long as you hire all the Crossroads 7 models. When doing this, they are able to be hired "regardless of faction" so they aren't considered Mercenaries and you don't pay the extra 1ss per model. As Wrath is the Leader, you don't pay for him, and you gain his 5ss cache to add to your soulstone pool at the start of the game.

Yes, Wrath's Lead Singer ability allow him to lead a crew in any faction, as long as all crossroads seven models are included (which pretty much takes up 50ss). His personal upgrade can be taken regardless of faction as long as he's the leader. Any other upgrades must come from the declared faction (ie outcast upgrades only in your case).

That should be plenty of prize stuff, and there's still the overall prize raffle that everyone can get in on at ofcc.

I've got a bunch of stuff lying around I know I'm never gonna get to so I usually start there. Dan Miner has a laser cutter now so I'm sure you could coerce him into giving some stuff for the prize pool (he's got pre-painted buildings on the go, and the sky is the limit..). Other than that, you can bug local stores for donations. Also contact Wyrd, I think there's still a link for event support on their website under contact us.

I ran it last year, and Jay was planning to this year but has had to back out. There's still time to get the event included if an organiser can step forward, was hoping to play this year myself though...

I think I'm looking option 1 more. Perhaps if you didn't highlight the bottom edge quite as much, go sort of half way between each option?

Different meta altogether, and I would say I play only rarely and usually with and against crews I'm unfamiliar with, so I'm typically in a "see what these crews do" mentality rather than a fine-tuning tournament lists mentality. And I haven't really had to play against Pandora myself. Activation control is big and having more models is obviously a benefit, but it's really Pandora that punishes you for too few models; like you said you can't react to incite/paralyze as well and each paralyze is affecting a larger % of your crew. In some matches like Reckoning I'll often take few elite models, only 4-5 models, and try to shut my opponent out of the strategy. The opposite had to happen in a reconnoiter match where you need bodies to claim quarters. For me it's more dependent on strategy/schemes than opponent, especially since you don't usually know what your opponent is taking. In your situation, you know Micah is taking Pandora and probably which minions he's taking so that really changes the way you both build your crews.

That sounds more like it! I will say I don't think Pandora is hands down better than Lilith. In a lot of ways I think Lilith is better. But in a Lilith vs Pandora match, I'd put money on Pandora who can easily paralyze her and hit Lilith with her own sword. Granted crews and schemes would come in to it but with the same hiring pool and flexibility I'd say Pandora wins that fight most of the time.
