  1. Legion. So good. Didn't know anything about it or the characters going in, other than it's set in the X-Men universe. It's a really dark and trippy take on the superhero/mutant genre. I can tell the writers and effects artists were having a lot of fun with this one. Can't wait for season 2. 9/10.
  2. Ghost in the Shell was fantastic, whitewashing controversy aside. I was too young when I watched the original anime to remember much of it but I'm told it was very true to the original. 8/10.
  3. Little time for gaming these days, but Malifaux is my preferred game when I do get time. Wish it was as popular as it deserves but in reality most people that do play are into one or two other games which tend to take priority.
  4. Just received One Deck Dungeon from backing the kickstarter, my kids have really enjoyed it so far, though I have to walk them through it. They roll the dice and I help them figure out what to do. https://boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/179275/one-deck-dungeon
  5. Love GoT and recently started watching Vikings (been meaning to for a while, so far so good). The Last Kingdom is very well done, and the book series it's based off is a favorite of mine!
  6. I'm in for pretty much same as you, Corey. Last few days has been crazy with all the reveals, and today especially. 3h left!
  7. If anyone missed it, less than 48h remaining on Kingdom Death 1.5 kickstarter. It's not cheap by any measure but there's incredible value in miniatures and it's a fantastic game. Most funded game ever on kickstarter! https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/poots/kingdom-death-monster-15/description
  8. They weren't there when it was originally released and I built a shelter to maximum capacity.
  9. Damnit you guys, I was done with this game ages ago! Now here I am again, starting from scratch. Overseers expeditions are a great addition to the game, and rooms that let you craft things out of junk. Feels much more like Fallout now, love it!
  10. Or they're breaking away from their typical gencon release on this one, possibly trying to spread out their insanity a bit more throughout the year rather than piling more new release mayhem on gen con. The bit where they say they won't start selling other side stuff until backers reward *start* shipping tells me they aren't planning to sit on it for any length of time.
  11. Some nice looking figs, not sure I really need to get into a new game though. Bad timing on the kickstarter for me too with Kingdom Death eager to bleed me dry... Hopefully Wyrd steps up with the kickstarter and gives people some good incentives while keeping communication up.
  12. With one of the reward tiers containing all old expansions and with two expansions already confirmed as available add-ons I think it's a pretty safe bet they'll all be getting reprints and available as add-ons, Poots just hasn't announced them yet. As far as how this Kickstarter works, you pledge the amount for the reward tier you want, then add an amount equal to all the add-ons you want to get. Some time after the campaign you'll get emailed a link to a "pledge manager" where you can select which add-ons you would like to get with your pledged amount. It hasn't been confirmed yet, but you *should* also be able to increase your pledge within the pledge manager to pick up add-ons if you missed any or calculated incorrectly during the kickstarter. The First Knight expansion, everything in the "1.5 Changelog", and anything in the Gambler's Chest are included in the Silver Lantern pledge. To add the Dragon King expansion, for example you'd pledge $270 and select the Silver Lantern reward.
  13. Also from update 3, He was the "final reveal" for the changelog, though Poots revealed him first after the huge initial pledge amount.
  14. Update 1 he said "Oh yeah, this has already gone into production months ago and will not effect the estimated timeline of the 1.5 Core Game or 1.5 update pack... at al!!!!!!!". I'm sure it's been said more explicitly somewhere but I'm sure it's included.
  15. Omg, hardcover rulebook is included in the upgrade! How does Poots make money on this? Soo much value for the $60 upgrade reward never mind the $250 core box.
  16. I think he's just been caught off guard with how fast the kickstarter grew, but he wants to slowly show off new content each day rather than say "well we already hit 4 million so here's everything I thought of making...". I'm expecting a lot more new expansions to come up for the 777 pledge to be worthwhile.
  17. You'll know if it's worth it by the time the kickstarter is close to done, you can always drop down to just the core game if money is tight and get a few extras later when you're able (possibly even during pledge manager).
  18. The gold knight is part of the 1.5 upgrade so he's included with any pledge that has the upgrade kit or the new core game, so pretty much all of them. It's also why the upgrade is $50-60, you're getting much more than a few errata'd cards. I'm currently pledged for "all the new things"... Might drop down to silver lantern at the end if things don't pan out or when I realize I can't spend that much for realz...
  19. I'd be surprised if expansions-only isn't an option, or a $1 access to pledge manager to buy what you want. We'll know in about half an hour!
  20. A week! I was in on the kickstarter and still have stuff unfinished... ;)
  21. I played the android version and it was painfully slow to play on my Nexus 6p. I played the hell out of a text-only unofficial version a while back that was easy/fast to play so I'd go back to that until the official game figures out there problems on android.
  22. Watched Dredd again recently, still awesome, it has all the action. Also noticed Lena Headley plays drug queen "Mama". Love it even more now.
