However the game Five men in Normandy is a real cool game and if you give $15 you can get beta access to the rules as he is putting them out. They are shipping up into a really cool skirmish game and ha some awesome campaign potential.

    Wait..do you still have an army? Id love to play you sometime. Ive had LOTR strategy battle game for longer than 40k and i have to say I have never been disapointed. There are so many epic things that unnamed captains or heroic soldiers can do.

    Why not get into lord of the rings strategy battle game? Or "the hobbit" as it is called now.

    Your vehicles would be more durable, and you would have army wide feel no pain. So your army would be all around more defnsive, but youd lose some of the melee punch.

    You could ditch the anti-air and just try o load up on av 14 ( land raiders) and av 13 in the ironclads.

    Is there anyway you could either a) addin a third land raider or b) just keep the two raiders and add in drop pod dreads.

    I feel like there will be a lull intill this 7th edition hits, and after that people will see the "new rules" and decide what will happen next.
