Depending on how powers are 'chosen' in matched play, GK are gonna be the new move and shoot army. If everybody can choose gate. And the buff to storm bolters at 12". Daddy like :)

So kharn has 12, st6, ap -4 attacks that always hit on 2+ in close combat. Kill Maim Burn indeed! He needs to get shot To death, like right now. :p

I'm not seeing power fists or bolt weapons in the fenrisian tables. Wonder if they're in with the individual units? No line of site on the tempestas powers either. >:)

The way the head is 'tucked in' makes it look battle-suit'y. He also need to work his legs at the gym for a few days ;p I like the detail in the power fist (fingers), and the assault cannon looks very cool. The swivels for the storm bolters are neat too. I wonder how it scales next to a leviathan?

I don't know if it's just me but 8th reads like it's gonna be pretty 'killy' from the instant you start rolling dice. Shiz is gonna get real like Right Now. Makes me happy :)

If games workshop sold sharpies I'd say there would be a good chance. However. With a system wide reboot with them making money selling 'new' stuff I'd say the chances are slim.

It almost looks like you could add 1/4" of base material (cork) to a normal marine and bring them in line height wise with the primaris power armor.

It's our 'anti-1 book dominating the tables for 3 years' tax. As long as GWs pacing is not out of line I'll see it as a blessing.

With frontline doing the faction reviews I'm hoping they've been filming their butts off with battle reports for 8th. Back in the day they had some pretty entertaining content.

Pretty much love the direction they are headed. All the sky is falling cries are cracking me up. It'll be nice to see all the silly battle bro shenanigans get flushed down the toilet. TAKE MY MONEY!!!!

I like smite and the fact that it bypasses all saves except DtW. If someone is melting your face from the inside out all the armor in the world won't save you. I'll have to model Michel ironsides from scanners now. :)

I'm excited, been ready for a change from 7th for a while. Im hoping that they're play testers are on the ball, it would be nice to bring out some of the old armies :) Make 40k great again! ;)

As an entity that exists (when you get right down to it) to make money, GW rebooting the rules system makes total sense from a business stand point (unfortunately). I agree it sucks (as a consumer). If they were to stop making money they would have to also stop making the models/games so many of us enjoy.

It would work well with the devils (catachan) and the first and only (tanith). very snazzy fluff wise for the two forces. pure strains could be squads trained by marbo :)
