  1. Hello there, I would like to purchase the chaos cultists for $ 15, please. Please let me know how I can accomplish this best to your liking. Thanks and stay safe, don
  2. Mr. Graham, He gets to build, I get to paint. Still trying to figure that division of labor out! ha ha
  3. Hello there, At the request of some of the local gamers I took some pics of some stuff I've painted and did my best to post them on the forums in the Artificier's Forge section. Please give me any constructive criticism you feel is warranted. The actual taking of the photographs is cruddy, as I did my best to use my son's cell phone with comic book boards as white background. Stay safe, don
  4. Photos of my Pathfinder RPG party. Two buddies from work, my wife and my son all play and I get to use NPCs because we all wanna just goof around and have fun. My son has an elf druid with a hawk (he purchased the huuuuuge hawk from the LOTR game to represent how big his hawk will grow from this lil' guy) and a halfling rogue My buddy from work has a monk and a sorcerer. The sorcerer has been ditched since for a fighter. My wife plays a wizard My other buddy plays a cleric and a paladin. We call him the "religious right" or "God squad" in a non-mean way My NPCs are a barbarian and his half-brother a ranger named Rexornal, which has been a character I have used in some fashion in various games since 1982. Tried to show the ranger's cloak which I based off of camo hunting clothes I have.
  5. Hello there, Lots of necrons, not a lot painted yet. Photos via cell phone, comic book boards in back. Sorry for quality. Went total traditional scheme out of the codex.
  6. Part of the harlequin troop I'm trying to paint
  7. Hello there, Dabbling with a craftworld paint scheme. Photos taken with my son's cell phone with comic board backings as backdrop so sorry for quality. Warp spiders - traditional aspect warrior schemes With the wraithknight I went personal craftworld colors
  8. Hello there, My son picked Space Wolves as his base but sprinkles in whatever he wants to. Now that 7th edition has unbound, he is set. ha ha ha Again, taken with his cell phone with comic book boards as the backing. Sorry for quality. Some HQ A dreadnought Some bikers A pred and some devastators
  9. Hello there, My son really liked the Tau models so we got a bunch. Paint job I went with was more camo-based, as it fits our campaign narrative. Example of fire warriors Stealth suits Crisis suits A commander in a crisis suit
  10. Hello there, Not too many of the lil' gribblies painted up yet, but my hive fleet has some completed models. Again, used my son's cell phone and comic book boards as backdrop so sorry if the photos are sucky. I tried. Carnifexes (only two would fit) A mawloc that my son built (and some spore mines near the base) A genestealer brood (I put them on Litko movement trays so they're easier to take off my shelf) A bunch of rippers
  11. The Storm Eagle Some devastator squad marines A land raider
  12. Hello there, I think it's working, so I'm posting more. Some of my beloved scouts... both urban assault and sniper-types. Their scout speeder transport A gunship (which I can't use sadly because I use the Dark Angels codex as my template but at the time my son liked the model so we got it)
  13. Hello there, My apologies if this doesn't work, as I am not too computer savvy. My boy's cell phone was the camera, some comic book backing boards were the white backdrop and I did my best. I haven't painted much but will keep keeping on. "The ox is slow but the Earth is patient" and all that. Some HQ models A dreadnought Some tac squad members
  14. Hello there, Thanks for the kind words, folks and I am really pleased that attendees got some good, foundational, "hands on" experience for safety and usage. I am happy to provide these courses whenever you get a group because I like providing instruction to keep you folks in the know as well as safe. A range day for handguns is literally whenever, as we can hit up a gravel pit or even my house in the county, as I live in a "shooting OK" zone. With regards to rifles, a gravel pit can work as well or an actual range. Happy to help out. I am glad that attendees got some good information, makes me feel good about the class. Stay safe, don
  15. (my apologies for not realizing the combo with the Storm Claw thread)
  16. Hello there, The Space Wolves got some new models: http://www.games-workshop.com/en-US/Stormfang-Gunship http://www.games-workshop.com/en-US/Stormwolf-Assault-Craft Stay safe, don
  17. Hello there, With Mr. Williams' blessing I put the second Realm of Battle board down at DTG today. It's currently side-by-side the other one, my apologies for all the pieces' flocking and such not completely matching up with each other... the second board had some pieces that we used as fillers with our table at home when it was 4x3. Thus, some shading differences and flock non-line ups. Mr. Williams is asking if I'd be willing to send down a third board so there is the ability for an Apocalypse setup at DTG with the Realm of Battle boards. I told him that I have no problem with it as long as the local player base doesn't. Again, I'm just trying to help the local gaming community by providing boards that I'm not playing on regularly; my hopes are to have folks who play regularly use them. Please let me know if this would be frowned upon. I'm not trying to show anyone up or create waves... just trying to donate tables so folks can game. I am totally aware that some folks don't like the Realm of Battle boards and prefer the gaming mats. Not trying to swing someone's views or force them to use the gear. I just have it, am willing to let others use it and Mr. Williams seems to like them. Stay safe, don
  18. Hello there, Thanks for coming to the handgun class folks and don't worry... as Master Yoda once said ominously... "there is another..." Happy to provide this to you fine folks and have no worries scheduling more down the road. Hopefully folks're picking up useful stuff and enjoying themselves! Romans832, we'll have to figure something out! Stay safe, don
  19. congratulations! may you enjoy it for decades to come!
  20. New Realm of Battle boards are coming out and they're urban tiles. Thought I read an earlier post about speculation on these so wanted to post. http://www.games-workshop.com/en-US/Realm-of-Battle-Sector-Imperialis Stay safe, don
  21. Hello there, Some of you may have used the Realm of Battle board that I painted and put down at Dark Tower Games; hopefully it's met your standards and has made your gaming more enjoyable. My question to the Warhamsters: would a second Realm of Battle board be useful for your gaming endeavors down at Dark Tower Games? I'm just finishing painting and flocking my second board, which consists of (2) hill sections and (4) flat portions... would that be something that the local gaming community would use, you think? I initially told Mr. Williams that I would happily provide boards that I'm not using at my house so that the gaming room has some and you fine folks could stick some together for Apocalypse battles and have a consistent board theme going. I love to support the local gaming community how I can, seeing as I don't get to play very much. However, I don't want to put stuff down there that won't be used. Or just put stuff down there where any old person can just come down there and trash it. Your thoughts are greatly appreciated. Stay safe, don
  22. /bumped one last time to remind folks about the classes
  23. Right on! Personal feeling is that the more you work on the bike, the better your overall feeling about life in general... Setting up the suspension sag, compression and rebound was always what we did once we got the bike ready to roll. When it's "customized" for you the handling and response are so much nicer than whomever it was set for. Especially if you're bigger than the stock setting of 5'07" 155 or so. ha ha What kind of bike didja get, if you don't mind me asking? I used to roadrace way back in college and was fortunate enough to race, ride, work on and build up an FZR 600, a YZF 750 superbike and two R1s. Very excited for you! Way to go! Stay safe, don
  24. Hello there, Yeah this types out kinda confusing, sorry. I reckon if you want to keep the pledge levels simple and few, then if someone wants their inserts to match then they'll just add those up to the order. Probably easier for you. Although I detest math so my brain probably automatically just wanted the extra value meal picture to point at so I could just grunt "crystals!" and you would know what I mean. ha ha Can't wait for it to go live! Stay safe, don
  25. Mr. Graham, Dawson and I really enjoyed the video and we're super psyched! In addition to the size idea listed above, have you thought about "themed pledges?" For example, "crystal wonderland" includes x of this, x of that, etc. while the "graveyard set" includes this, that, etc. I don't know if that makes it more trouble than it's worth, so please feel free to discount the idea. And reflecting, folks can probably just do a custom order to make their own themes. Bah, I'm stupid. Please disregard my suggestion. Please remind me when it goes live, because Dawson and I are all in! Stay safe, don
