Actually, a Fortitude (4) == 4+ Regeneration in old speak 😄 Aegis == Ward Same thing really, unless the opponent has lethal strike or flaming attacks. Have fun at GenCon!

I'd be down for a battle. It may turn out to be my only battle depending on how many players we end up with.

Satisfactory - 4/5 I'm a sucker for world builders, this is a pretty amazing one. The main concepts of the game are almost identical to Factorio. Turn environment resources into stuff, and conveyor it around the map in some mad completely disorganized bowl of conveyor spaghetti. This game gets a huge mention because it looks beautiful, it plays from an FPS perspective, and it does a really great job of letting you build very complex 3-D assembly structures without too much hassle. The neat building menu and slick construction animations really make this game satisfying. The map (some alien planet) is absolutely gorgeous and massive, albeit static. The only downside is that there is no external threat sending waves of biters at your factory to punish you for your polluting ways. The game is still under development, so ill keep my hopes up.

Ticket sales are BLOWING UP! Projected ticket sales for the final 4 weeks prior to the event are 9 tickets (orange). That puts us on a trajectory for 22 or so players! Never mind the science behind this reasoning, just look at that green arrow go up! "Sources" indicate that we are neck and neck with AoS. Keep the recruiting strong, it's time to take back the title of most played fantasy game! For the love of the square!

Gotta have a niche to compete with the Citadel Contrast Color folk. I am all about performance enhancers, but not paying someone to make a fancy paint that does all the painting for me 😉

Question about airbrushing.... Can we have an airbrush all setup and our tank pressurized before we start? Or do we need to eat the prep time? I'm pretty unlikely to bring an airbrush, but I was considering bringing it if I did 90% airbrushing only.

Do it! Just make 2x 5,000 point armies. You can share your generals and BSBs. Perhaps we would want to increase magical power dice by some factor?

So.... Who is crazy enough to want to play a 10,000 point game using normal army composition rules/restrictions? I foresee a fairly long game, many beers involved, and a break part way through. This is just an excuse to bring out ALL my lizards.

I am going to try and make it! IT'S BEARD PAINTIN' TIME! If anyone is in need of a mass coat of paint, I can bring my airbrush + compressor. Its a pretty decent setup now-adays.

I had not seen this thread before, I get tunnel vision sometimes. We would love to have you come join us for some games. I am always happy to meet you at WoW, or another game store for an intro game. We could do a very small scale if you would like, but T9A plays a lot like WHFB, and even still plays very similar to 40k. Despite all the revisions to the game, it is still 80-90% the same as 8th edition. If you are interested in a game, post out here, or in our meetup thread. Id be happy to throw some hordes of skinks at you and teach you the game.

Slow progress on the Kings Guard. 4 lazy applications of dry brushing. Not sure if I should wash the models to make the details all pop, or just rely on careful layering for that. Need a place to add blue as well, since that is the unifying color. Shoulder pads seem like a reasonable spot!
