However as was stated previously they are in the index so they can still be used with the index but how does that actually work? If you include Rough Riders would they be included in a normal Detachment much the same way as you include Forgeworld units into a normal detachment? A bunch of things didn't make the transition from Index to Codex for both SM and CSM. Most of the characters on Steeds and Bikes, for instance.
