They're having stock pulled and/or never sent to them in the first place in order to satisfy web sales. (The guy on the phone had no idea what was going on and seemed to have the sarcastic "sure it's going to sellout" tone on the phone. Store clerks have no clue as to what is happening.) There were probably people who bought as many as they could just to resell it for a profit. I will buy a iBook copy before buying one from a pri#% like that.
