It is the 'other half' of the Infinity N3 ruleset.  Until this release, things such as EVO repeaters(now hacker), Fireteams, Sectorial armies, and a whole swathe of equipment had been previously relased in Human Sphere, or Campaign Paradiso; their rules had not been updated for third edition.  As with any Infinity rules release, there will be a PDF of the complete rulebook available shortly, but to me, the fluff, and having a physical copy of the book, outweigh the 'opportunity' cost, as it were.

The N3 Core Rulebook, and now Human Sphere N3.  That will be the up to date, complete ruleset, for  the time being.

It will be the ruleset for at least a couple years I bet. Next step is archaon falls the campaign and rumors are that is pushed to 2018. As exile said, get those 2 and you will be good for the forseeable future
