  1. I have 22 total spots. There is plenty of room still. Some rooms maybe warmer than others.
  2. Infinity Rule of the Day Baggage A unit with the Baggage trait (HS3 pg. 72) One. Makes the model worth 20 more points. This counts for calculating retreat and for scenarios where points are added up for being in specific scoring zones. Two. Allows the model to spend a short skill when in base contact, to reload disposable equipment like Crazy Koalas, Mines, Repeaters, and Panzerfausts for other models. Three. Ignores the PH requirement for the Casevac Skill allowing the model to carry troops in the stunned, immobilized, or unconscious state. The first rule gives an 8 point baggage remote the ability to score 28 points in a scenarios like Frontline. A last second surge with a speedy remote can turn the tide in a game. Being able to reload Crazy Koalas to dominate the center of a battlefield or an unloaded Panzerfaust to rain down additional deadly AROs can add tactical ripples to a battle. The last part is limited. It can let a remote bring an unconscious model to a doctor or an immobilized model to an engineer
  3. I will do my best, but most likely it will this weekend when they go up.
  4. Are you in Portland? If so, I could bing the remnants of my Empire to Game Night and You could see what you like?
  5. The old Celestial Guard Box is $18........
  6. They have been at Glimpses as well. Fate and Fury may have one, too.
  7. Game At Ordo. The doors open at 4 PM. AoS, 30k, 40K, Malifaux, etc, are all welcome. Infinity will be in the main room. Join the fun.
  8. I also really like the Yan Hao with HMC. It is a brutal gun piece.
  9. The Kanren is a must have in my mind. The unit can do so much with a Holoprojector and Forward Deployment. The minelayer is a nice option, but so is the Killer and Assault Hacker. Martial Arts Level 1 with a monofilament weapon is a nice with a model that can start so close to its opponent. The Su-Jian is insanely good. It has an 8-2 move. That means an 8 inch cautious move. It has two wounds plus no wound incapatation. The Spitfire seems like an obvious choice, but the 2 SWC is spendy. The Heavy Shotgun, Panzerfaust option is attractive due to the models's speed. The Lu Duan remote has holoprojector, a MK12, and a MSV1 visor is attractive. The Hac-Tao is amazing in the right hands.
  10. Nice Yu-Jing list. It has a lot of orders, some range and camo options.
  11. I assembled the "Sassy" Ghulam. I used a pin vise to make the gun arm fit deeper in the socket, but other than that it was easier to flash. Then, I assembled the non-"Snake" Ghulam. The arms did not want to fit the gun. I made it work and puttied the gaps with green stuff.
  12. There is always time to join. This is a fun league to teach the game to some and offer experience with a new army for others.
  13. So, I went for stupid tonight. I brought two lists. One List was for the League. The other list was if I found Seth, Pete, Or Evan in need of a game. It was a six order list three Basic Alguaciles, a FO Alguacile, HMG Alguacile, and a Szalamandra. Yup, I brought few orders and a giant wrecking ball. It stomped around and blasted Evan, then Pete. With armor 11 in cover, it could win fire fights. Its flame thrower came in handy as well. In each game, it took a wound. It even lost a guts check. Evan almost took it down with an Armindno, and then a Spetznaz. Pete gave me a scare with double hammers of Deva and Hexagon with Spitfires, but Szallie held its points.
  14. Come out for beers afterwards
  15. 175 point. 4 SWC No Lts. No Command Tokens. Scenario: High Ground. The side with the model on the highest piece of terrain at the end of the game outside the player's own deployment zone wins. All models must start the game on ground level. Bring food. Bring a friend.
  16. Week One: Rudra34: 12 Jay: 11 Gamer Geek: 9 Raindog: 9 * Justjoking: 8 Aenith: 7 Pete: 6 Edward: 3 Ogre Seth: 1 Joel: 1 Don: 1 *Cannot win.........
  17. Another Great Night! The Hall was full! Thank you Edward, Jay, Pete, Jenni, Joel, Seth, Evan, Justin, and Darron, and the AOS guys!
  18. The league point slips are printed, cut, and ready to go.
  19. I have three mini dice bags from Marsbarn Designs and MDF Combined Army order the token set to add to the prize pool.
  20. The Red Veil box is assembled, but not yet based. I need a small drill bit for my pin vise. Warning: The female Ghulam is hard to assemble. The support arm is a bad fit. After putting the models, I pulled out the next box. The Al Hawwa sniper was a mess. There are too many mold lines on the model. I did not fully assemble it, since it needs to go a base at the same time due to the model resting on the sniper rifle. The next set of models is the original Haqq starter box. The female Naffatun models was a not bad to flash. Her hair had the worst parts to flash. I had to bend the support hand with mine to make the support arm fit.
  21. The Khawarij sniper rifle is very bendy.
  22. I probably should have pinned the Al Fasid, but I threw caution to the wind. The right leg should be pinned to the left and the arms to the the torso.
