  5. Top Down Terrain is donating two sets of bases for the Rampage!!!!!!!!!!!! Huzzah!
  6. End of Watch: A co-worker has wanted me to watch this movie for years. It is a cop movie with a great deal of footage capture by dash cams, body cams, etc. It has the super funny guy from Antman as one of the partners. It tries to realistic in portraying police work. As Hollywood goes, it does a decent job. 8/10
  7. Thanks to Rudra34, I have another set of boxes to make tokens with. I punched out the tokens. Now, I need to write on the back and put the top on.

  9. 200 points. (Let's get used to the full game before we expand on points) 4 SWC It is time to take Lts. and Command Tokens. Scenario: Steal and Send Each player has a gear crate in the center of the board, 20 inches from their table edge. Then, each player has a data uplink in the center of his deployment zone, four inches from the table's edge 1) A model must touch the crate to open it on a short order WIP roll. A specialist model (Engineer, Doctor, Hacker, FO etc) has a +3 on the roll). 2) If the box is opened, then the model may take a data packet from the crate. The crate closes as soon as a model moves away from it. (The crate can be opened multiple times to retrieve multiple data packs, but a model can only carry one packet at a time. ) 3) The player must return the packet to their up-link. Any model can carry the data packet and may as a short order, hand off the model to another model. 4) If the model carrying the crate is immoblized or unconscious, it drops the data packet. Any one can can pick it up by moving into contact with it and spending a sort order. 5) At the uplink, a Specialist must up load the data to the link on a short order WIP roll. Hackers have +3 on the roll. Scoring: One point for open a crate. One point for carrying the packet back to your zone. Two points for stealing a packet. Two points for up loading the packet. The Winner has the most points at the end of the game. Bring DRINKs! Bring a friend.

  11. Last night, I assembled my Top Down Terrain displayed tray. It is great. As a tip, sand the interior of the slots before assembling the tray, to ensure all the bases fit. Then, on the worst day to paint, I put some layers on a few pieces of terrain. It was way too humid. It took ages for layers to dry.
  12. With ten total models, I would not have one order pool.
  13. I found my missing Azril model! Woo--hoo. Time to model assemble him while I am waiting for paint to dry,
  14. Hey Rudra, I found the Ariadna Spec Op model in my basement. It will be in my bag on Sunday. Remind me to give it to you! Cheers, RD
  15. Sekban are also a good Haris team. They were pain to put together. The support arms and weapon arms do not go well together. The new female Hunzakut and Tariqa were easy to assemble and had little flashing at all. I may use Tariqa as a Ghulam Hacker or Doctor.........
  16. Sekban, I am assembling Sekban. There are two sets of bodies: One for the rifle and boarding shotgun, the other for the spit fire and chain colt.
  17. This would probably be a better Limited Insertion List: Haqqislam ────────────────────────────────────────────────── 10 DJANBAZAN HMG / Pistol, Knife. 18. The Al Fasid is a good piece. It has armor, good weapons, smoke, and mines. If I am on the bad end of a Firefight, I launch smoke. It is strong enough to take a few hits and can blast weaker troops. Tonight, I used it to cover objectives, so my specialists could score. Between the Fasid and Mutts, I see I need Djanbazan to play shoot through smoke games.
  19. One. I have been spraying a Warsenal Tower my wife got for me last X-Mars. Two. I added a few more tokens to my collection for the Rampage. Three. I played two great games tonight. First, I would like to thank Fate and Fury for having a great store front. I picked up the new female Bandit the Nomad faction. I love Bandits. Heck, I love the whole irregular camo troop ilk. Bandit Killer Hacker are a solid model for table use. The ability to infiltrate and hacker through opposing repeaters can wreck EVOs and bipedal hackers alike. The boon is the model is beautiful. CB makes great models, but this one is above their average. I picked up a Black Friar to trade Rudra for the Djanbazan Hacker he does not need. The store has great prices, best in the Metro. Second, thank you George for setting up the League and bringing the mats and many boxes of terrain. Then, I played Exile as Joe from the store played I, scenario was from the upcoming Emerald City Incursion. It was a version of having antennas in a plus shape by having a specialist touching it. The center 16 inches is an exclusion zone. The key is this is a limited Incursion. 10 models. No more. There are only a handful of button pushers to complete missions. It is hard with Haqq and Ariadna. Both factions rely on cheap, light troops to support a few heavy hitters. I did not know it was a limited incursion until I showed up. Heck, I did not know the scenario. Thankfully, I made a for fur list inspired by Rudra's list. I pulled it off the list and played Exile. Exile played NeoCapitaline awesome with a Bolt team, a Cutter, an Uhlan, a Pathfinder, a Machinist and playboy, and a pair of Devas. If you get a chance, check out Exile's Unlan is a beauty. The game was close. The Fasid laid cover with smoke as the Khawarij and Ghulam Docs grabbed objectives. A Deva and a Pathfinder grabbed others. We fought back and forth. The Pathfinder made a ton of armor saves. The Machinist and pal bot kept bringing the Pathfinder back into the fight. I made more crits and a few essential armor saves that let me grab an objective with my final orders to win the game by a point. Then, I played Budikah. I had not met Budikah until tonight. He is great guy and the type of person I love to play against. He played NeoC as well with a Fussilier team, a Locust, a Swiss ML, and an Uhlan. Budikah jumped in on a last second invitation. He really did not read the mission and had never played Haqq. He had not experienced Smoke tactics. His Swiss Guard Missile Launcher rained down death. I went for the objectives and healed an Al Hawwa for my classified objective. We played fast, probably too fast for Budikah. He dominated the center of the table with trifecta of the Swiss Guard, the Uhlan, and ML Fussilier and his fireteam. The Fasid held out a long time with smoke, but eventually fell. I killed the Locust and Rambo'd my hacker to possess his Uhlan. The Uhlan did little. It stinks at changing face, but I turned it on his troops and blasted his specialist off an objective. Budikah shot his Uhlan off the table. That is a win for me and just plain fun.
  20. This thread is everything I like about Ordo, Escalation League, and the Infinity crew..
