I like David Walker and his new Power Man and Iron Fist. Since I spent a weekend rubbing shoulders with Amanda Conner and her husband, Jimmy Palmiotti, and saw what great people they are, I will laud them.

On Saturday, I stopped by the club and grabbed a few pieces of the Black Sheep Industries Terrain and added details to them. On Sunday, I was the odd man out, so I set up the club, hosted and watched. I was very proud of how the tables turned out. I mixed tall geo-hex terrain with buildings to add multiple level and create a look of a city carved into the landscape. Joel brought cokes. Justin brought full sized candy bars, so we were well stocked with snacks. Joel gave my his Haqq dice and Jay his Yu-Jing dice. Win! Adam B. dropped by, so with discussed Infinity and his tournament next week at Glimpses as well filled the bits bins with more goodies. There are Dreadfleet islands and a ton of Chaos bits. He paid his membership dues, so that is win for the club. We need more members to keep the club healthy financially and holistically. Chris and Adam K. played 30K in the east room. Adam K. paid his membership dues and picked through bits at the end of the night. In the big room, Jay's Yu-Jing killed several doctors of Justin's PentaDoc Haqq, but Justin won the game. I need to clarify the scenario so all will know that the most points players can achieve for killing any amount of doctors is 2 points. On the other table, Evan killed several civilians trying to heal them, but managed to heal enough to win the game. I am thinking we should have a full house with the return of Pete, Darron, and Edward, and maybe even Ian. Last night, I put the base layer of black on several Haqq models, and then started painting my next scenery piece.

Next Week (Week 8) 250 Points Five SWC Kill, Conquer, Exterminate Okay players, it is time to punch your opponent in the face, shoot all of his models, and make him cry. This is an annihilation mission. Kill more points that your opponent for four points, kill more SWC for four points, and kill your opponents LT for two points. The most points wins the game! Going out for beers afterwards for a bonus point.

Remember it is Daylight Savings today.

I played Joel today to make up the game he missed for League last week. I won WIP and went second. Joel had me set up first. I played with a Sekban Haris link, an Ghulam link with no big guns, an Azrial, and Odalisque, and a Bashi. We used the two Top Down Terrain sets and a handful of my terrain. Joel set up a nasty Grunt link on one side of the table with two snipers and an HMG. Then, he dropped Van Zant and an Airborne Ranger. He tried to dominate as many fire lanes as he could. I dropped the Bashi behind the Unknown Ranger and crit him. As the range turned to face the Bashi, I shot him in the back with the Azrial. The big boy went on a shooting spree and killed Van Zant, his LT, and another model. With six or seven models left, Joel advanced his Grunts and Marauder to hold objectives. I advanced the Sekban, but then used the Azrial to clean up more of the table. In his his just turn, Joel shot up a few of my models and held a marker with a specialist to tie the game. I used the Azrial to shot the Marauder of the marker, and advance the remnants of my Ghulam team to a second marker with the doctr, FO, and LT touching the marker for the 4-0 win.

Somebody please find Scott a game!

Four more cargo containers are done. I have been slowly washing them: Two green, Two Purple. I am working on a fifth that is orange.

While messing around with lists for this weekend's mission, I realized Haqq can take eight different doctors: Muyib, Ghulam, Kwararij, Djanbazan, Zhayeden, Tuareg, Jannisaries, and Sekban

I think the Tank Hunter LT is a very interesting choice. I really like the list. It has some nice tools.
