    GAME NIGHT EXPECTATIONS

    If the pandemic has taught us anything, it’s taught us we don’t need more stress in our lives. As a result, Ordo is expecting an even greater level of friendliness and fellowship at Game Night than our normal high expectations. Please be aware that as always, the Czar has the ability to ask a player to leave if the Czar feels it necessary. Games are meant to be fun, so let’s have fun.

  2. I’m considering running the next season of the Ordo Blood Bowl League out of the clubhouse this fall. It will be a fixed-schedule league for new teams, and any teams that have exclusively played in the OBBL last season. This is a no concession league, except when you are unable to field at least three players for the drive. Tuesdays will be game night, but it is not mandatory. You may schedule your games for any mutually agreed location, and at any day and time of the week, though Tuesdays at the clubhouse is preferred. No optional rules or optional inducements will be allowed. Please let me know if interested.

  3. * Name: Mindtaker Mayhem
    * When: 8/27/2022
    * What: a four game Blood Bowl tournament
    * Where: Mindtaker Miniatures, Vancouver WA
    * How (Much): $15

    Mindtaker Mayhem a standard Blood Bowl Second Season Edition tournament. The first 20 participants will receive a special ‘Mind Taken’ commemorative 3D printed token for use to mark Bonehead, Really Stupid and other negative traits.

    The tournament pre-game sequence steps are:
    1. Roll for Fan Factor
    2. Roll for weather
    3. Determine (Roll/Flip) who kicks-off
    Differences in Team Value are not considered, so the Prayers to Nuffle table is unused.

    You are given 1,120,000 gold pieces to build your team. You may purchase players, rerolls, fan factor, coaches, and cheerleaders as normal with this money. Wizards, Journeymen, Special Play cards of any kind, Mercenaries, and the Halfling Hot Pot are not allowed. You may purchase any other inducements for your team, including Star Players (if you are including a Star Player, you must have 11 players on your team BEFORE hiring them; having 10 players plus a Star is not allowed). You can not have the same Star Player as your opponent. If both of you attempt to field the same player, then that star player has swindled you both! Neither coach may field them. Also, you cannot use Igors or Apothecaries on Star Players per the rule book.

    All new star players from the Second Season Edition and subsequent Spike Journals will be allowed.  Second Season Edition has given Star Players each their own “Special Rule”.  If you have a Star Player on your roster, you are expected to explain the “Special Rule” to your opponent.

  4. The Bronze Brawlers are Champions!

    In typical College of Metal fashion, the Bronze Brawlers battled in a bloody affair with their Metal brothers Coaxial Cable to win the first ever Ordo Dungeon Bowl League championship! Congratulations to coach Ironwolf on the momentous victory. When asked how coach Frostitute is handling the defeat, he explained he was going to drown his sorrows in some potent greenskin fungus.

    Hey, you suck it! I didn't pout about how I HAD to have my 2k kill team that I still can't win playoffs with.
    Getting steamrolled for a whole season because I only have 2 dudes with block is stupid tho. I'll just reroll to fresh & hop in div2. I thought div2 teams all got a few pre-season admin games to get some skills so I was in that TV anyway. If that's incorrect then fresh is fine. I can also sub in a team from another league that's retired, but that seems silly.
