  3. Hail and kill, coaches! Great news, we are nearly to a clear playoff picture, with only one game remaining that affects the playoff standings. I will remind you that the tie-breakers are located on page two of this thread. Three-to-four teams will be tied on 19 league points, so the tie-breakers will be crucial. Great job to all coaches, thank you for causing  fewer issues than last season.

  4. Thanks to the amazing help from the coaches of the Ordo Blood Bowl League, and Ordo Fanaticus consul @ninefinger, I am proud to announce we have twelve dedicated thick neoprene pitches at the clubhouse! These pitches are expressly for use in the OBBL league games, replacing our ragtag stock of vinyl pitches. They are also for hosting Blood Bowl tournaments at the clubhouse.

We were fortunate to work with Maelstrom Gaming Mats in Alberta, Canada. They produce all sorts of great blood Bowl mats, all very high quality. Please check them out.

Thanks to Ordo Fanaticus and @ninefingerfor helping the Blood Bowl community actualize this acquisition.

Pffft....forgiving...oh no, I've also got the undead shambler team as well. But yeah, one of the reasons for that box was due to the two other teams in it. Okay, so now I need to find the updated rules. Thanks!

Shambling Undead are a good team to learn with. PM me your GMail address and I’ll help you with the newer rules.

  8. @Pitch_Dragon, @kb10r brought up a good point on Discord tonight about your third question:

    Quote

Let's asay I get bashed down to one or two players (or even zero players), what's to stop my opponent from scoring 19 TDs because I only need a few seconds for my turns? Can I twiddle my thumbs for two or three minutes even though my two remaining players are stunned and all I have to do is pass theturn? Since there is no benefit to scoring more than 2+ touchdowns, a ran up score or short turns has little to no impact on the game. We will just play to time as normal.

  9. Great questions, thanks for asking them @Pitch_Dragon

    1. "Game length: 1.5 hours, players play until the time limit has been reached" Do we play as many turns as we can in the hour and a half time limit? Yes

    2. Is there established etiquette for how long someone can take a turn? (example: max 4 minutes) Yes, basically the same as it is now for Sevens. We expect people to play about 3-4 min turns

    3. Let's say I get bashed down to one or two players (or even zero players), what's to stop my opponent from scoring 19 TDs because I only need a few seconds for my turns? Can I twiddle my thumbs for two or three minutes even though my two remaining players are stunned and all I have to do is pass the turn? Fantastic question that I have not considered yet. I am glad you asked it. Let me chew on that.

    4. On map one, it looks like there's a wall between the right corridor and the right side of the Blitz Bowl pitch. Meanwhile, the left side of the pitch, closest to the red end zone has the chaos altar next to it. It looks like there's some overlap on some of the tiles and the barest hint of a wall between the pitch and room. Are the squares in the chaos altar divided by a wall or adjacent to the squares on the blitz bow pitch? I noticed that too after I posted. That side is open much like the opposite side of the Blitz Bowl room. We will need to use our imagination a little to accommodate the center field because the squares are not 100% the same size.

    5. Also, how do we work out the overlapped squares by the red end zone? The same as your question in item four; there is no overlap, it's just the way the tiles landed. Treat them as separate squares.
