I've been painting for Quake so I didn't see this until now 😞

Yo homies, here's the scoop: we got ourselves a game night coming up. The doors be openin' 'round 5pm-ish, and there will be some games takin' place.

THE PLACE: Location: 717 SE Main St. Portland OR 97214 - Around the corner from Kokiyo Teriyaki, and up the stairs. Cost to play games is $8 for Ordo Members, $3 for Ordo Warlord Champions, FREE for Emperors and Imperators! As always, observers are welcome and not charged fees, and your first Game Night is FREE! 

THE GAMES: Whatever you want! All miniature wargames and board games, with a focus on:

• 40k
• AoS
• Kill Team
• Underworlds
• Necromunda
• War Cry
• Blood Bowl and variants like Blitz Bowl, Blood Bowl Sevens, and Dungeon Bowl
• Board games, and more!

This is the first league night of the Ordo Dungeon Bowl League's winter season. While it is possible to find a pickup game at Game Night, it is much better to pre-arrange a game before coming down. New players are always welcome, feel free to stop by and check it out.

WELLNESS: Masks are now required for everyone regardless of vaccination status. Players are encouraged to spread out their games and avoid congestion. Do not attend game night if you experience any of COVID or Flu symptoms. 

BEHAVIOR: If the pandemic has taught us anything, it’s taught us we don’t need more stress in our lives. As a result, Ordo is expecting an even greater level of friendliness and fellowship at Game Night than our normal high expectations. Please be aware that as always, the Czar has the ability to ask a player to leave if the Czar feels it necessary. Games are meant to be fun, so let’s have fun.

Breaking news from the Commissioner's desk! (Nearly) Unlimited friendly games will be allowed during the ODBL Winter 2022 season. Only a few restrictions exist: 1) you may only play a third friendly game vs an opponent once you have played at least one friendly game vs each opponent in the league; 2) no friendly games may be played prior to playing your first league game; 3) no friendlies may be played by playoff teams before or during the playoffs.Us the Draws tab to schedule a Challenge (friendly).

Welcome to the first season of the Ordo Dungeon Bowl League! The season begins 2/20/22, with the first league night at WOW (717 SE Main Portland, OR) on 2/22/22. We are playing two games every three weeks, so rounds one and two need to be finished by Saturday, 3/12/22.

Please edit your Tourplay profile to include your contact information (text phone number preferred). All coaches are expected to use the Tourplay scheduling feature, and always be the first person to reach out to your opponent.

We have three participants who are new to Ordo, and may not have an Ordo Fanaticus screen name. Please be prepared for this in advance, and be open to alternatives to Ordo for scheduling. 

We are at ten participants, and I will be creating the draw this evening.

Giants are tons of fun but as we found out they are easy targets for halfling bombs as they take up 4 squares.  My personal game was mildly terrifying as my fling opponent had tons of inducement cash so on his line was Deeproot, Morg N Thorg, a giant and two treemen. it was a wild game that went deep into overtime and nuffle willed the flings to victory
