Who will actually be there for league night on halloween? we'll be playing 1250 points. Also, James is closing the store after a certain time, and we're going to break out the beer and food and have a bit of a party. Bad movies, drinking, food, and more 40k (cuz why not?). Sound off if you'll be able to make either or.

Buy stuff at the store too! like.. chips.. or... slaves or whateve else james sells. just ask for the 'special services' and wink at him. He hasn't set up his account on this form yet, so that should REALLY confuse him as he cant read this thread.

Alright peeps, we'll be doing a painting and modeling clinic for people at the store today. Also, it's a time to play any make-up games you need to play for the first half of the league! See you there!

Sure. sat is more of a hang out and paint/model day, but it is also for making up league games.

I think it's dumb, and tau. Dumb Tau... In all seriousness, i think the firewarriors need a devilfish. At that points level, the extra firepower is huge. and them getting that one round of 15" fire is key, and can put a massive dent in the enemy army. I dunno what i'd take out, but i'd find a way to get them in a fish. cheap as possible. that way you can send 33 BS 5 S 5 shots into something at least once a game You could also go with carbines. I know they'd only get storm of fire within 9", but that's still do able with a 'fish. And it would let you utilize unorthidoxy, giving you charge options, and pinning weapons that have a greater effective two shot range, but less effective overall range. something to consider.
