When I was in Elementary school, I used to check out a book that was a collection of short horror stories that were somehow connected to Hitchock (I don't remember if he wrote them or whatnot). The only one that sticks with me was about man menaced by a giant snail. He hid in a tight crevice and the snail slowly crawled up the rocks, sealing him inside.

Interesting about the location. The Bellevue MOX is also in an area with almost no foot traffic. It is definitely a "destination" location. Apparently, that works for them.

The regular play tables at Mox are nothing special but tournaments there (I did Malifaux a few years ago) are a real joy. TONS of room and they bring food and drinks to you.

It about maybe 4 years ago? It is bigger and nicer than the Ballard one (but I was only at the Seattle one once).

Bellevue. It is a fantastic shop. While GG has size and selection, Mox has comfort and accommodation. The tournament room is fantastic and easily handles any and all card and miniature games. The game selection is solid but definitely focuses on "games that turn a profit." They also have a proven history of business savvy. Portland is likely big enough for GG and Mox but I would definitely NOT bet against Mox.

I think I am guilty of bringing up the topic. My main points were that I already miss Natasha but love all of the new super women. More Valkyrie, please!

I have seen some complaints about the "Girl Power" scene during the final battle and have thoughts. 1. Calling it girl power says more about the writer than it does about the movie. 2. I thought it was a great way to showcase some amazing characters who happen to be female. Plus, they are in large part the future of the franchise so a team power photo op makes sense. 3. I almost cried at "She's not alone." Not only was it a great call back to Infinity War, it reminded of the absence of the original strong woman Avenger. I already miss her.

Ok that was all I could come up with but it has been a long time since I saw IM3. Definitely my least favorite of the bunch.

Just got back so still processing. I'm a big fan of the movies so I thought it was a great culmination. I am REALLY glad that they didn't use Carol Danvers as a Deus Ex Machina like I feared they would. She was in it just enough to be legit. Great ending to Caps story arch. Beautifully done. I knew Stark would die but I was surprised by Black Widow. Makes sense and it was well done but I did not see that coming. Of course, I am surprised that more main characters didn't die. Question: During the funeral when they were panning through the various groups of mourners, who was the teenaged boy (maybe early 20's?) standing near the back by himself scowling?

I did like how the movie made it clear that Bonnie and Clyde we're primarily a social construct. Do we ever actually see their faces? I love how the new technology (primarily radio) is portrayed. Discovering that the car has an AM radio was like getting the newest iPhone.

I wish kids would sleep in that late...

What's everyone bringing? I played Lizzies the last couple of years so I'm thinking Greenskins this year. With my new Kev Adams figs I can bring a true horde.
