I really like the Relic actually. We are planning on drawing from multiple sources all sorts of different missions from past editions, different events, and more. So be prepared to be fexible!

The ITC FAQ does not restrict units. We have not banned any units openly for the 40k OFCC 2016. The ITC list banning units is separate from the FAQ. That being said, be smart guys. We still will be rating lists and will shoot down deathstars and other crazy lists. Remember the Spirit of OFCC for list building. Try to make an army that will have close games with as many other types of armies as possible. Thanks guys!

Any type of detachment, be it CAD, Allied, Decurion-style, formation, etc takes one of your three. So yes! Though Inquisition cannot use the Allied detachment, they can only use their specific one.

Space wolves do not have chapter tactics. Not that this really changes anything. It just prevents an Iron Hands Conclave from being mixed with a WS command squad or something.

Only reason I'm not doing it is because I allowed 30k in for myself! MUWAHAHA
