What I want to see is the Orc's and Elves' rules. I have sooooo many models of those two factions I will be sticking to them for now.

Yes and not completely my thing. If that was the look of the leader and maybe an elite squad then yes, but the whole army just looks "meh" especially the winged soldiers. And that is not a Griffin as mentioned before. They may call it one but it is something else. Some are going to love them, I know, but it is not my style. Just my opinion which shouldn't sway anyone else's opinion.

That's what the Empire knights reminds me of with a dash of Space Marines.

I am going to stick to my Dark Elves and Orcs for now. Still hoping that the rules are solid and I am not changing the models I have based with circle bases, new ones sure, already based ones Forget About It.

Well whatever AoS is those Empire models are straight up Space Marines without the high tech. Not original at all when you compare them to the 40K line. I'll pass on the new Empire now.

Well if it is not faked I am more inclined to think if it is 4 pages it is just a preview to the Index of the Core Rule Book. They're usually 3 to 4 pages long. Even my Uno game has more than 4 pages.

It's probably a mini rule set that goes with AoS's models. Just a tease and enough to do a small game but not the complete rules. Not anything I am too excited about. Ninja'd

Well I still have just about everything I need for my Dark Angels to run a Mix Wing no problem. They are just not painted.

I just pull my Death Wing from the closet and counted 28 painted Terminators. Will Death Wing be a decent army again? Will I be able to field my DW Knights and feel good about it?

Please, let's hope it is not true. I also desperately hope the Female Orc models is false too because there are No Female Orcs. There are no Male Orcs either. They do not reproduce like other species and it is Way better that way.

Saw the rumors and have been following some forums. If it is true I don't know if I would buy 9th or even continue to complete my current armies. It's not the Game I loved, it's more like a trendy Kickstarter Miniature game that gets hype for a month or two but then the theme becomes outdated and the Story becomes so convoluted fans lose interest. The Old World worked because ironically as it sounds it was timeless. It wasn't based on a trendy theme, it was its own thing. This current rumor seems to point to GW trying to create a "new world" by using a theme that will be outdated in a couple of years. Even the Names of the races just look painful and like it is out of a Dark Sun RPG. Calling Orcs Waaghkin seems like a teenager's attempt at creating his own role playing game by giving old Stereotype races new names. Hope this rumor is false or else this will be a sad marketing attempt. I am too old to be playing with Waaghkin. Just sounds plain stupid.

They hit a million before 24 hours passed. That is crazy good for them so I doubt they will change it. They took a risky venture and made it not only super profitable but also risk free. Just nuts.

The shooting one is a must. It should have been that way in the first place and we house ruled that a couple of times.

I hear you but I also know the resale value of my bonus stuff from the two Zombicides I did support would more than make my money back if I decided to sell. This one does look like it has more replay options and a dungeon crawl feel to it that has appeal to me. Now I just need to go on eBay and sell some goods to get my founds.

That's what I am doing. More or less silently waiting to see what happens. If the rules are good, especially if there are skirmish rules, then I will glad come out of hiding. But history has not always been kind so I am keeping my emotions out of what is happening for now and will not invest my money or effort until the release of 9th. Besides life has kept me from doing much gaming or spending much money.

First day of Zombicide Black Plague has started and it will hit $1,000,000 before the end of tonight. It has new rules that give it a more fantasy feel like Armor and they changed the way shooting happens when you fire at a square with a survivor and a zombie in it. Oh yeah, magic too. Well as a current round up Round Bases appears to be true but not sure what the rules will say about them yet. (I suggest not changing your bases if you have already finished your army or even units.) Some armies still appear to be missing in the line of Supported armies even though you can use any current models. As for the rumored skirmish game possibly being a board game I am finding that hard to believe. As for the back of Age of Sigmar it appears to be Bubblehammerish. I personally still don't care for the fluff at all and am still holding onto hope they will find a way to fish that Turd (End Times Fluff) out of the punch bowl somehow.

It's players like you with Fantastic Beautiful armies that I say "Screw It", rules or not play them as they are. You spent years creating pieces of art, do not change them at all. No one will question you for it.

I am very interested in the Mordheim like aspect of the secondary game type if the rumors are right. Still waiting to see about everything else. I am in a serious "wait and see" mode. But in the mean time I am playing a fantastic new game (Armada!) until 9th comes out.

My beautifully painted Deathwing hasn't seen the light of day since mid 6th. It will take a good, not OP best book out, but good Codex to get mine back on the table. I would like to play a Mix Wing but with the Termies so bad now I just can't do it.
