I think access will be granted shortly - I'm on the LRC, which has a slightly active forum, but I have not yet been granted access. And yes, I have asked!

LOTS of fun yesterday! Thanks Shae and Cory for doing the work. Thanks also to my opponents for being patient about learning to use a knight - except Loren who killed with with Fire Dragons - screw you! Just kidding! It was awesome to see its vulnerabilities. Also; I promise Nick won't have the necrons for the Overachievers team at OFCC.... He might have it for the doubles event though...

My team is pulling together its lists, and we were wondering if the LRC has been constituted and is ready to receive lists?

most EU places wont subtract it (FW for example) it is built in to the cost. In the UK the only way to get it back is to have the product, and documentation, in hand at the airport. It is pretty much the same for me. I buy stuff in the USA, pay your sales taxes, and when I cross the border (and exceeding my limit - C$550 Battlefoam order last week) I pay Canadian sales taxeS on top.

its about where it HITS, the TARGET it HITS. If this is within the Void "zone" you get to use the shield, if not, you don't.

I'm not talking models or units - the rule does not state that... it talks about TARGETS. Again, you are using rules incorrectly.
