I might have to cancel on the three player Malifaux. My roommate just let me know that she needs a ride from the Seattle Airport at 10pm so I'd have to be out of Dark Tower around 8:30. Oh henchmen groups can only get one upgrade in a category. I hate to ask this but can someone roll an advance for my shades from my most recent game? Anything but an 8 is good to go as they've already upped their leadership in their first advance. Sorry guys. Nevermind I was good to go I got an initiative up. I misread the conversation.

I'm sorry if this is a dumb question but when splitting my Warband in half for deployment and reinforcements do I count my single henchman group as one entity or do the 4 of them count as individual models that would all have to be deployed together?

Sweet. I actually built all of my fantasy models over the weekend while power was out at my place so I technically have an army if you don't mind some foam-core cutouts with silly drawings for my non-infantry units.
