Don't Panic
curious what was the list you used and what was your breakdown in thoughts of the game? things you didnt feel comfortable with in your list, things your opponent did that threw you off, etc. i dont think going out of your comfort zone is a bad thing, but when you do you shouldnt expect to do well haha. last time i played against nate he brought a list he always brings and i brought a completely new and weirder aleph list. also brought pheonix as an obvious Lt for first time which... was not a good idea lol. first time i think ever i was beat after top of turn 1 lol. so yea curious on your in depth thoughts, maybe i can give some suggestions. i do think infiltrating support from something like a moran or spektr will really help you out. i know you use to play the infiltrating spektr a whiel back

Don't Panic
I brought Wildcat Lt Wildcat Engineer Wildcat number 2 Wildcat Spitfire Wildcat Heavy Rocket Launcher Alguacile Hacker Salyut TR Lunokhod Sputnik Intruder HMG Hellcat Boarding Shotgun Dakatri Bandit FO Bandit Assault Hacker first off, ive never been a real fan of the baggage combi TR bot. its just such a sad face in comparison to the hmg bot hahaha. no b4, very easily manipulated short range bands and also no 360 visor just really isnt worth the 21 points unless you are really utilizing that baggage(like quadrant control and you have a ton of panzerfausts.. which is possible with nomads but i see it being playable maybe with a magister knight link). if you are going to keep it id actually move that to the 2nd group and bring the dak in the first as you wont be spending its order anyways while you might want to put orders into the daktari pending on situation. second, that sputnik will be golden but i can see it being tough to use when you first start with it. kinda like my guarda de assalto ive still yet to really figure out wth im doing with it. third, you are playing a new link team i see!!! that in itself takes some lumps lol. here's a small twist on your list(very few changes...). add your favorite bot back into the action and drop the spitfire. number 2 isnt as important as making your Lt less obvious so id change that. hellcat i just made a specialist cause specialists. although i DEFINITELY would be fine about a shotgun, thats just being nit picky of me pending on your scenerio those are awesome for objectives. bandits might need some order pumping so consider moving one into the first group if you see it has a good thing it could do... Raindog
Well, now I am back to work and my painting has slowed. My painting of the week: A second spray on the Lunokhod and Crazy Koalas. Yes! Feel the frenzy!
Raindog
After work, I black coated two Crazy Koalas, a Mobile Brigada, and the base for the Lunokhod. The remote need another spray coat of primer. The Spektr is on 80 percent done, but the black coat is a project easily accomplished after work in the wee hours. Raindog
While ignoring the final layers of the Spektr, I sat down began to paint the bases of the Lunokhod and Koalas. Then, I black coated the Lunokhod, so it will be ready to paint when I finish the Spektr. After that the Daktari or the Bandit maybe next on the list.........
Raindog
Cleaned and put away my painting table so my youngest can have a Birthday sleep over, vacuumed, swept and vacuumed the garage, so so can hang the BB8 pinata, and now, I am trying to get the stupid lawn mower to work...... I would so rather be playing Infinity, or painting................

Raindog
While watching iZombie, I painted a bit more on the Spektr and the blue layers on the bases of the Lunokhod and Koalas........ I also made a deal to sell some GW models, so I have money to buy H3.......
NakedPanda
That is the slope of it for many of us, and I can say it was painful at first but not so much any more hahaha
Raindog
Well, I did it. I forced myself to sit down and paint after work. At 2 AM, I want to do little other than internet surf and drink a beer. I stopped at the QFC on the way home. It was closed for remodeling. Meh. After posting on the blog, I broke out the paints and finished the Spektr. It is not my best or worst model. I was spending way too much time on it trying to prefect minuscule little section. It's Watchathon on Comcast this week, so I watched Road House on HBO and finished the model to a level of satisfaction that I can tolerate. Now, onto the Lunokhod and the Koalas.
rudra34
Lunokhod and koalas are going to be a great addition to the army. They can cause a lot of headaches.
Raindog
Lunokhod and koalas are going to be a great addition to the army. They can cause a lot of headaches. They are certainly good role players. Now, I can only figure out how to use them effectively.
Raindog
Tonight, I started layering reds on the Crazy Koalas.
Raindog
The Crazy Koalas are done. Now, I am working on the red layers of the Lunokhod.
Raindog
The layers on the Lunokhod are done as is the wash. As it dried, I painted the base of the Bandit and started his sword. I was the odd man tonight, so I watched Seth and Jay do battle as Evan and Pete went to grips.
Raindog
Well, I did not like the highlight layer on the Lunokhod, so I need to relayer the top of the remote... Meh.
Raindog
Oh, and done. Now, the wash layer can dry while I am work. Next, I will glue the remote on the base, so I can paint the rest of the model.
Raindog
Well, it took me the whole week, but I finally glued the Lunokhod Sputnik to its base. The first three tubes of superglue were completely dry. Hopefully, I will have the energy to start painting details on the model when I come home tonight. It will be the last model I paint for the league, but I cannot stop there. OFCC is approaching and I have so much more to do.......

Raindog
Well, I fixed the battle damage to my Mobile Brigada and straighten his head antenna. Then, I started the next section of the Bandit: His arm and bracer.
Raindog
Hey, I painted! Not much, but enough to show progress. I did the gun, under hoody, and more of the bracer and arm on the Bandit!.
Raindog
Weeeeeee. The Bandit is done. I really like how the urban camo for the tactical hoody came out. Now, a Wildcat Haris Team? The Mobile Brigada box from Miniature Market arrived. I would like to assemble them, but this week is going to be taxing for hours at work.
