    The big D is now up for pre-order. £85 is kind of steep, but might be worth it.... The order will be placed on the 18th of August.

    Yeah, having to deal with 160 orks, which up to 90 of them infiltrating was kind of crazy. It was the Maelstrom missions and being rusty that cost me the game.

    Tournaments are their own beast. The TO (tournament organizer) gets to choose how they want their tourny to be. Battleforged only, multiple CAD, allies, FW, dataslates, the list goes on in what the TO can decide to allow or not. So once the TO tells people how his tournament is going to be played we the people get to decide if we want to follow those rules and participate.

    I like Hive Guard. They have their purposes. They are no longer a must have, but they aren't a bad choice. With the new damage table you are just working on removing hull points, which is kind of annoying that our dedicated anti tank gun can't explode a closed topped vehicle. I plan on trying them out again now that I can fill the role of zoanthropes and venomthropes with the new forgeworld malanthrope.

    Welcome! Bugs are a fun army. (That's what I play too) Grats on making it to your senior year as an EE student. What part of EE are you studying? Power, IC, microwave?

    LOL, I am just joking. Fluger already knows the change in my list. It's a simple swap of a pair of venomthropes for a malanthrope.

    Just because I can, I am changing my list on Fluger so that we aren't actually fully submitted. Going for an all Imperial Knights army....

    All exchanges will be happening at the OFCC, so if you can arrange to be there or have someone else pick it up for you, that's cool with me. This thread will be open for a while before I call for a final order placement, so you have time to think about it.

    We have covered the free shipping minimum. So everything else from here is gravy. Also, I should add the my CC has a 3% foreign transaction fee. The current exchange rate is 1.7$ to 1£ EDIT: I will order mid August (18th ish) so there is plenty of time for people to jump on the band wagon, as well as plenty of time for the new toys to arrive before OFCC.

    I am thinking of making a FW order. It will be done in a timely manor so as to have the order by OFCC so it could be divided up. I have £97 worth of models I ask looking at.

    I would be game to set up a FW order. I kind of want to wait until the daemechroen model comes out though.

    Is there any place to get Imperial Armor books local, so I don't have to order from Forgeworld?

    I know of the knockoffs... just not sure how I feel about buying from there. All the anti tank guns are going to be pointed at the Tervigon. The malanthropes will just take it to the face until they die. Dealing with them is like killing a bike squad. If you deep strike the shrikes, there are just 6 T6, and 12 T5 wounds to remove from the table to make the army fall apart. Yeah, I need to get better at conversions, but the time to create said conversions is what gets me.

    Your lists lack of synapse is troubling. 2 maybe 3 rounds of shooting will eliminate all your synapse and your army will eat itself there after. :(
