Family in town, so I am out. I may get a practice game of 7th in before OFCC.... :P

I have only had a chance to read the rules for 7th, no gaming experience yet. So this is the list I was thinking of bringing. I think it should cover the bases decently, but if people have suggestions I am open to consider them. 1 Flyrant w/ 2x TL Dev 1 Flyrant w/ 2x TL Dev Venomthrope Venomthrope Zoanthrope 15 Tgants 3 warriors w/ barbed strangler 15 Tgants 1 Crone 1 Crone 2 Fex w/ 2x TL Dev 1 Tyranofex Living Artillery Node 3 warriors w/ BS 3 biovores 1 Exocrine I am already thinking of dropping one of the crones for a harpy and adding electroshock grubs to the flyrants.

I will be listening to the games while at work, and watching what I can when at home. Should be some good games. I just hope / pray the USMNT puts up a good fight. I will be crazy excited if we make it out of the group stage. I am not sure I agree with Klinsman about leaving Donavan at home; he was the leading scorer...

Which may be changing once I get a few play tests in with the crone. It seems they have lost a lot of threat potential with VS going down to 1 hit against ground targets.

Those new Tyranid psychic powers look freakin awe.... never mind. I will go back to my hole and cry. It will be interesting to see if the LD test is no longer needed, and how Shadows of the Warp will interact with the new psychic phase.

I will swing by after the soccer game. I am holding out for a small rule book, so probably wont have the rules.

I am slightly confused. In the first part, right below the NOTE: you state "Night Fighting and Reserve rules (p124) are in play for all rounds. ‘Mysterious’ objective rules should not be used." but later under Scenarios: you say "Mysterious objectives are used.". Underlines are to highlight my issue. Are mysterious objectives used or not?

True, but there is enough points for 2 Flyrants, 3 Crones, and a host of other not so nice units. At 1500 pts you dont need Skyblight.

Why wouldn't you use blood angel razor spam for the "free" razorbacks?

oohhh, I have on old random metal bloodthirster a friend gave me, would be pretty sweet to watch a bloodthirster pop out of a Blood Angel librarian. :)

Summoning a bloodthirster?!?! That is a game changer.

If you could free up the points to put hive commander on a tyrant and give your tervigon crushing claws, it would make a mean back field clearer.

If you are going to have melee fexen you should at least give them spine banks so they get assault grenades. All you would need to do is drop the spore mines. Plus it gives your fexen an 8" gun :P

There is a 1pm Sounders game that day... I will look into skipping it.

I have a pair of sounders tickets for the May 7th game against Dallas. They are in section 335, on the 50 yd line. Asking $74, or willing to trade for Nid stuff.
