In tourplay you can schedule games.  Click on the "fixtures", click on your game.  Then on the left side there will be a "schedule date and time"

You need to schedule games in the app.  You can either agree on a time, then put it in, or use it as a suggestion to your opponent.  Be aware on the latter, depending on settings, your opp may not get a notice, so may not know.  Best to agree on a time, then put it in.
