With the ridiculous list of restrictions, is this list even legal for this years OFCC event? I cant tell. It says max two from the list but where does the list end? Does it end after the Daemon Prince and Chimera or does it also include the Skullcrushers and Hell cannon?

OK, taking some of the good ideas into account, how does this look? 2800pt Warriors of Chaos Daemon Prince - MOK, CHaos Arm, Sword of Strike, Dragon Helm, Collar Khorne, Scaled Skin, Daemonic Flight Exalted Hero - MOK, BSB, Halberd, Talisman Preservation Chaos Sorcerer - Lvl 2(Shadow), Staff of Sorcery, Warshrine 24x Warriors - MOK, Halberd, Shield, CMD, Banner of Rage 1x Chariot - MOK 1x Chariot - MOK 5x Warhounds - vanguard 5x Warhounds - vanguard 6x Knights - MOK, CMD, Ensorcelled Weapons 1x Chimera - Flame Breath, Regen 3x Skull Crushers - CMD, Ensorcelled Weapons 1x Hell Cannon Still not sold on the value of the Hell Cannon. I may sway this out for the Slaughterbrute. Not sure though!

So does this list suck or is it ok?

i like both and was 50/50 on which to include. I opted for the Mutalith to add something to do in the magic phase.

So I have been toying with building a fluffy Warriors of Chaos force. I want to build a small compact force dedicated to one of the gods and thought I would start with one of my favorites - blood, brass and skulls. Please tell me what you think of this Warriors of Khorne force. Whats a Chaos Sorcerer of Tzeentch doing in this list?" Well fluff wise, this guy betrayed the Chaos Lord prior to the Lord being elevated to Daemonhood. Now this traitor has been captured and chained to a Chaos Warshrine where he is basically a spell slave handing out gifts to the glorious warriors of Khorne. Ok, so hes there purely for magic defense - little as it may be. Modelling wise I will either chain him to Khornes symbol or chain him to the shrine. So what are your thoughts? Too little, not fun, no challenge, etc.

Get the models on the table and see for yourself how they work. What works for me may not work for you. Also you need to get the feel for the Detachment rules. Pick a theme and an Empire province and have at it. Remember that the Empire does not have to be a gun line. Well, those are just some immediate thoughts off of the top of my noodle. Have fun and let the enemy fear the 'mighty cod-pieces of doom!'

I really hope to see the Bretonnians next. If for no other reason than to push the Woodies off for one more cycle. That would just infuriate John to no end! 'Evil Laugh'

This really depends on why you are asking. If this info is purely for curiosity sake and fun game play then great and I have some thoughts. But if you are asking to modify the current rediculious comp system that the OFCC is using for this year then No I dont have any useful info to inject.

Basic Warriors are probably the one thing that I am disappointed with in the new book. For 3 more points I can get so much more with the Long Beards. That and the new Long Beard figs look so much better than the old warriors kit. Shame GW didnt put a little bit more effort into this release like they did for the Dark Elves.

So as you can hopefully see from my lousy picture taking skills are the big game boxes filled with sprues of figs, plus a slew of the army boxes filled with more sprues and metal vehicles. The only things that I didn't get a pic of are the 4 boxes of Tyranid army, Biotitans and Tyranid vehicles/creatures, plus the Imperator Titan, Chaos Imperator Titan (exlusive conversion kit from White Dwarf.) and the Ork Mega Gargants.
