  1. I'd try something like this to help round out your list for ITS missions. ITS missions pretty much require all the specialists you can field. Fusilier FO with deployable repeaters help with board control for your Father Knight hacker. You can run your Magister knights in a link team which will make them more deadly with burst +1 for the shotguns and the panzerfausts. Military Orders ────────────────────────────────────────────────── Group 1 10 0 3 KNIGHT OF SANTIAGO Lieutenant Spitfire, E/M Grenades / Pistol, AP CCW. (1 | 45) KNIGHT OF SANTIAGO Spitfire, E/M Grenades / Pistol, AP CCW. (1.5 | 45) FATHER-KNIGHT Hacker (Assault Hacking Device) Combi Rifle, D-Charges / Breaker Pistol, DA CCW. (0.5 | 50) KNIGHT HOSPITALLER Doctor (MediKit) MULTI Rifle / Pistol, AP CCW. (41) PALBOT Electric Pulse. (3) MAGISTER KNIGHT Panzerfaust, Light Shotgun / Pistol, EXP CCW. (25) MAGISTER KNIGHT Panzerfaust, Light Shotgun / Pistol, DA CCW. (24) MAGISTER KNIGHT Panzerfaust, Light Shotgun / Pistol, DA CCW. (24) ORDER SERGEANT Spitfire / Pistol, Knife. (1 | 19) FUSILIER (Forward Observer, Deployable Repeater) Combi Rifle / Pistol, Knife. (12) FUSILIER (Forward Observer, Deployable Repeater) Combi Rifle / Pistol, Knife. (12) 4 SWC | 300 Points Open with Army 5
  2. The other guys have pretty much covered everything I would have added. I am running a tournament in October at Super Salty Gaming in Vancouver. I'm still working out the specifics before I announce it.
  3. I had this happen with my Yaogats. There were no heads for four models. I followed the procedure they posted, sent them an email set up how they wanted with the pictures of the packages and the quality slips. It took almost a week to get a response but then they said they were sending the missing pieces at no expense to me. Still waiting for them to show up but I know it will take a while since it's shipping from Spain.
  4. Welcome to Ordo! I'm not sure how many Infinity players there are in that area. I think there might be a few in the Bellingham Warhamsters.
  5. Yeah, but if only... $15 USAriadna would have been schweet!
  6. You're right but you'll find in most tournaments around here, saturation zones are kept to a minimum and touching terrain is cover. Just to keep things simple in an already complex game.
  7. You're right. You must be in base contact with a piece of cover that is between you and the target. If you are in a spot that you are touching cover but it's not between you and the target, no cover bonus for you. Templates = no cover. Tons of rules. It's best to start small with lists and work the more advanced rules into your games after you have a few under your belt.
  8. Hey Don, I think the preorder came with the dismounted Maverick, right? If you haven't already used it as a proxy for something, they make great Grunt FO's.
  9. I get it Chris! You had a bad game with me, I'm a bad person Now I have to turn the wrath of my MAF towards the planets of the Yu Jing! Muhahahahaha
  10. If you're talking about the clear chessex dice boxes, lots of people put pictures of some sort inside of them and use them as advertisement holo-panels.
  11. I'm seeing this happen a bunch in list building on the forums. You can run your link team in combat group one with all your other guys. Leave maybe the Yaogat or Sogarat in combat group 2. What this does is give your link team 10 orders to use instead of only 5. This makes them more effective. The Daturazi are impetuous. This means at the beginning of your turn, you have to use their impetuous order on them, they get no benefits of cover and they have to move directly towards the closest enemy model. If they are in a link team, you ignore the impetuous orders and all of the effects. They can then use cover normally and don't have to move to the closest enemy. Here is a variant of the list I'm using this weekend for a tournament: Morat Aggression Force ────────────────────────────────────────────────── Group 1 10 0 4 SOGARAT Lieutenant Feuerbach / Assault Pistol, AP CCW. (2 | 57) MED-TECH OBSIDON MEDCHANOID Combi Rifle, D-Charges / Pistol, Knife. (23) DĀTURAZI Boarding Shotgun, Smoke Grenades / Pistol, Shock CCW. (20) DĀTURAZI Combi Rifle, Smoke Grenades / Pistol, Shock CCW. (21) DĀTURAZI Chain Rifle, Grenades, Smoke Grenades / Pistol, AP CCW. (14) DĀTURAZI Chain Rifle, Grenades, Smoke Grenades / Pistol, AP CCW. (14) RODOK Hacker (EI Assault Hacking Device) Boarding Shotgun, Antipersonnel Mines / Pistol, Knife. (0.5 | 25) RODOK Paramedic (MediKit) Boarding Shotgun, Antipersonnel Mines / Pistol, Knife. (21) YAOGAT Spitfire / Pistol, CCW. (1.5 | 32) MORAT K1 Sniper Rifle / Pistol, Knife. (1 | 21) Group 2 4 0 0 MORAT (Forward Observer) Combi Rifle / Pistol, Knife. (15) MORAT (Forward Observer) Combi Rifle / Pistol, Knife. (15) MORAT (Forward Observer) Combi Rifle / Pistol, Knife. (15) MORAT (Forward Observer) Combi Rifle / Pistol, Knife. (15) NaN SWC | 0 Points Open with Army 5 As models in group 1 die, I use command tokens to move a model from group 2. Keeping my main group of big guns and heavy hitters maxed on orders.
  12. Good question. I've talked to Greg at SSG and I suggested that we charge $10 for the league. This will help pay for prize support and such. This fee will get you into the tournament we're having at the end of the league. Depending on how many people we get in the league will affect the amount of prize support. If we have room in the tournament after the league for more people, we'll open it up to others who would have to pay for a spot in the league, probably $10 as well.
  13. I'll post the missions each week at the store. Not sure what free stuff you're looking for. If there is anything specific you need, let me know and we'll see what we can do. You can play whatever faction you want throughout the whole thing. You can change up if you want to. Just have to go by the points for the week.
  14. Yep, 300 is the standard game. 400 is pretty rare. Anything less than 300 is usually in an escalation league.
  15. In that case, you want them in the group with the most orders. Then you can use all 10 orders on that fireteam if you choose to. It makes them much more effective.
  16. Sorry to hear that. We will be doing a 300 point ITS tournament in Oct for it. That will be on a Saturday and hopefully you can make that.
  17. So we are going to start an escalation league at Super Salty Gaming starting on next Thursday, the 20th, at 6pm. The points for the first night will be 150 points. The missions will be posted at the shop.
  18. You can move them all to the first group if you want to try them out or you can drop them and try something else. Try your list the way it is, play it and see how it works for you. You will probably see what I'm talking about as far as having limited orders. Then you can make a different list and drop them to try other models.
  19. The army builder is buggy so it isn't you, does it to me all the time. I'd make a full combat group of 10 models. This way you can rambo your tag around and kill everything without running out of orders too fast. As models die, you can use your command tokens to move models from group 2 to group 1 to keep your order count high.
  20. George

    Squalos sale

I ordered one this morning around 6am and there were 7 left.
  21. They opened up some more tables but they might be full. I'm not sure.
  22. At the back of the rulebook is the unit profiles.
  23. One of the big sayings in Infinity is "it's not your list, it's you". It's a really accurate statement. All the factions are very well balanced. Even between sectorials and vanilla, you'll find things are pretty even. So just like the others are saying, find the models you like and go from there.
  24. Chris, I hope I get to play you in Seattle in a couple of weeks. Maybe then we can get a rubber band match in when you come down next month!
  25. Ok, no problem. Just let me know
