  1. Funny you'd say that... Facebook has been cramming down my throat how much people don't like 2049 and having not seen it I don't have an opinion, but so many on here loved it and to see Facebook pushing an agenda and you saying this has me wondering what the other side thinks of it and why they're so animate it's so bad. Thank you
  2. I want to build a new PC. This beast is about to be 10 years old and is showing his age. I only play Blizzard and Steam games so don't need a $2.5K machine. Found a $980 build for AMD, but don't want AMD. http://blog.logicalincrements.com/2017/12/building-gaming-pc-christmas-2017-980-2250-rigs/ I know I could cheat and replace with i5-8400 (out of stock) or i5-8600K ($270) & use the Prime Z370-A https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813119038 and that only bounces me up ~$200. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have locals who claim they can help, but all they're pushing for is top of the line... I get it, but I'll never game that hard at this point in life.

  5. Dunkirk - 9/10 - wow, powerful I really wonder if this generation has a clue the sacrifices that'll be required if we go to war ever again...
  6. Victoria & Abdul - 8/10 - great for a documentary, but a little dull, shocking I know, hehe Really good and impressed with how they did it.
  7. Love the idea of the split keyboard, but $210 for early bird? YIKES! https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/deilor/dygma-raise-the-worlds-most-advanced-gaming-keyboa
  8. How was the building process? Pretty easy or tons of issues?
  9. Strangely the older I get the more I notice, go figure
  10. Kingsman: Golden Circle - 4/10 - FBomb every other sentence, J & Silent Bob would be proud. Over used thematics and cinematography from first film, was underwhelmed. Atomic Blond - 6/10 - didn't realize we were buying a cheap porno. As a spy action flick it was well done, but adding unneeded sex scenes was over kill in my book. Loved the ending. Star Wars: the Last Jedi - 8/10 - Really happy with it. Super good. Don't know why everyone is Butt hurt. Though that discussion belongs in its own spoiler thread. We all know they said bugger off to Canon, so why expectations of Canon. I digress...
  11. Can't argue the facts :( I-5 will be opening tonight at 5pm, only two lanes. They're being people to play nicely. One stupid mistake and it's all closed again
  12. Rumor is they still think there was an obstruction in the path as well... Wish they'd keep everything under wraps till they had all the facts instead of continually guessing
  13. Games from PAX that I liked enough to actually buy once out. Tales from CandleKeep: Tomb of Annihilation - Loving it, the turn by turn moves, having to make the right decisions. The maps are always random so you can go back and play the same level and get totally different tiles. Sometimes it feels like the level ends too soon, but being all random, you never know when you'll find your target or not. hehe Pylon: Rogue - Kicking my butt, I have like 2 hours in and yet to pass the first level, ROFL
  14. I think they fall under bulky just like WraithGuard do
  15. I bet @PumpkinHead is foaming at the mouth, awesome Nid army
  16. The Hitman's Bodyguard - 8.5/10 - I had high expectations for loads of laughs, but completely missed the memo the only word they know is the FBomb. Otherwise good movie.
  17. Thor 2 - 8/10 - Saw it with @PumpkinHead & my wife today. Really enjoyed it, there were definitely silly moments. Some weird dead spaces. But in the end, still enjoyed it. Pumpkin was saying he felt like he over hyped it. Loved the two extra scenes at the end
  18. One of my all time favorite Trilogies. Own it and love watching
